As one of the first ports of Raging Wave City, Cape Port once enjoyed a long period of glory.

Luke shook hands with Holt warmly before inviting him to sit on the other side of the negotiation table.

Holt's expression turned extremely ugly in an instant, and he demanded of Luke, "Meteor Detective Chief, what are you trying to do! Why is the Mad Axe Gang killing people all over the Cape District?

Why is Black Mamba participating in the attacks with her secret agents as well!

Are you not afraid that the City Administration will hold you accountable for causing chaos in the Cape District during this period?"

Luke replied, "The Raging Wave City Administration has no authority to hold me accountable unless they overthrow the Golden Shield Imperial Family.

Therefore, you should be careful with your words, or the Secret Intelligence Bureau will investigate your stance.
