Young Naruto still looked utterly bewildered, so Naruto could only explain helplessly, "You know where the Sharingan came from, right? It came from Kaguya Otsutsuki. In other words, whether it's the White Eye, the Sharingan, or the sage body, all bloodline limits originated with Kaguya Otsutsuki. We're all her descendants, but those with the White Eye, the Sharingan, or the sage body are her direct descendants, with bloodlines closest to hers."
Young Naruto replied, "I know that, but what does it have to do with Itachi being able to make the Three Sacred Treasures leave on their own?"
"Of course it has something to do with it," Naruto said. "As her direct descendants, we might inherit certain things from Kaguya Otsutsuki, and Itachi Uchiha inherited her Three Sacred Treasures. Although they aren't the real Three Sacred Treasures, they only exist because of them. You can think of the Three Sacred Treasures wielded by Itachi's Susanoo as projections of the ones in front of us. Since they're projections, there has to be a connection. That's why only Itachi Uchiha's Susanoo might be able to make these Three Sacred Treasures leave on their own."
Only then did Young Naruto begin to understand. "So if Itachi Uchiha summons the Three Sacred Treasures here, they'll leave on their own and go to him?"
"They won't go to Itachi," Naruto replied, "but he might be able to make them leave this place. After all, he isn't their master. Getting them to leave on their own would already be the limit of what he could do. Besides, the Three Sacred Treasures aren't something mortals can wield. They're poison to mortals. One careless mistake, and their power would devour you. After all, they're meant to be used by those in the chief god realm."
