Seeing Thanatos conjure dozens of black energy balls once again, Young Naruto immediately had a bad feeling. Sensing Thanatos's aura, Young Naruto watched him gravely and said to Jiraiya beside him, "Pervy Sage, Hinata, Sarada, find somewhere safe to hide and recover your chakra. I think the others will be out of that Death Space soon. That'll be our chance to finish Thanatos. Until then, I'll hold him off."
Jiraiya, Hinata, and Sarada exchanged looks and nodded. Jiraiya said, "Be careful, then. Let's fall back so we don't hold Naruto back." After giving Young Naruto worried looks, Hinata and Sarada followed Jiraiya away.
Once he sensed that Jiraiya and the others had retreated to a safe distance, Young Naruto looked at Thanatos and said, "Come on, Thanatos."
Thanatos looked at Young Naruto appreciatively. "Heh, I have to admit, you're powerful. You've managed to cultivate to this level in a place where nature energy has run dry, and your strength has even reached the Mid Divine Realm. What a shame. Though you've reached the Divine Realm, you haven't formed a divine core, so your endurance is still limited. If you had formed one, you could probably wear this avatar of mine down to death.
