Karin and Hanabi curiously entered Konoha's Hero Memorial Monument grounds, which also served as its cemetery. Once inside, Hanabi spotted Naruto in the distance, standing before the monument with the bouquet of forget-me-nots in his hands, seemingly murmuring something. She hurriedly pulled Karin into hiding.
Hanabi said to Karin, "That big idiot is right in front of the monument. Should we wait here for that person to show up, or get closer and listen to what he's saying?"
After a moment's thought, Karin said, "Let's get closer and hear what Naruto is saying. I'm starting to suspect he didn't come here to meet anyone, but to..." She left the rest unsaid, but Hanabi seemed to understand what she meant.
Hanabi nodded. "All right, let's get closer. But that big idiot's senses are so sharp, he'll probably notice us before we even get near him. We'll have to rely on you."

Hanabi nodded happily. "Great! Now we don't have to worry about that big idiot finding us."
