After hearing Naruto's intel, Jiraiya said, "So Akatsuki was actually founded by Yahiko to bring about peace, but after Yahiko died, the Masked Man who caused your parents' deaths took control of it. And Konan and Nagato are still helping him, is that right?"
Naruto replied, "Yes. I'll deal with that Masked Man. As for Nagato and Konan, I know you won't just abandon them, Master Jiraiya. That's what worries me."
Jiraiya smiled. "You're afraid I'll go looking for Nagato once I learn he's Akatsuki's leader, aren't you? You're so worried because you think he'll kill me."

Naruto hesitated before saying, "I do know who he is, but I won't tell you. You have to leave him to me. Besides, he still owes my parents an apology."
Seeing Naruto's expression, Jiraiya knew he wouldn't tell him. But he had already learned a great deal, so he didn't press the issue. He simply smiled. "All right. Since you've put it that way, I won't ask any more."
Then Naruto said to Jiraiya, "By the way, Pervy Sage, shouldn't you teach me some ninjutsu? You've been my master for so long, but you haven't taught me a single jutsu. That's pretty hard to justify, isn't it?"
