For the same ninjutsu card, such as Wind Release: Great Breakthrough, consuming a second card would double the technique's power; consuming a third would double it again, and the fourth would do the same!

In other words, if Li Tong were to consume four Wind Release: Great Breakthrough cards in succession, the power of the "Great Breakthrough" he unleashed would be eight times the base power!

If he consumed a fifth!

That would be sixteen times!

Consuming a sixth would be thirty-two times!

As for so-called geniuses, they could not be judged by common sense; some geniuses might even master B-rank ninjutsu while still in the Ninja Academy!
