Rikusei and Madara visited the moon, learned about the Otsutsuki clans and the Ten-Tails, and helped the Main Family defeat a Branch Family rebellion. They secured the Otsutsuki’s path toward an alliance with Konoha, then returned to the Shinobi World discussing how Madara might obtain Hashirama’s cells.

• Hashirama and the other Kage agreed to a summit and a plan to distribute the Tailed Beasts, while Rikusei later freed Kakuzu and urged him to become Takigakure’s leader and ally with Konoha.
• Madara and Rikusei visited Mount Myoboku, where Gamamaru revealed their connection to Indra and Ashura and showed them the history of Kaguya and the Sage of Six Paths.
• Madara and Rikusei traveled to the moon, met the Otsutsuki Main and Branch Families, and learned about their conflict and the inhabited lunar interior.
• Rikusei and Madara learned that the Branch Family had considered crashing the moon into the Shinobi World, while Cang Lu sought an alliance with Konoha and agreed to show them the Ten-Tails.
• The Branch Family launched a rebellion using the Tenseigan, but Madara fought back with the Nine-Tails and Natural Energy until the weapon ran out of chakra.
• Madara made a Summoning Contract with the Ten-Tails, while Rikusei received a scroll and a lead from Cang Lu to have his blade forged with Meteorite Iron.
• Cang Lu saw Rikusei and Madara off through the hidden passage to the Shinobi World, and they discussed Madara obtaining Hashirama’s cells before emerging beneath a snow-covered landscape.

Rikusei and Madara returned to Konoha after helping defeat Moryo, bringing news and resources from the moon and helping set a Shinobi World Alliance in motion. As Konoha prepared for the Two-Tails operation and hosted visiting clans, Rikusei pursued research and watched the academy matches, where Yotsuki Yamanari challenged him.

• Rikusei and Madara helped Bai Wei defeat and seal Moryo, with Rikusei wielding Susanoo and the Nine-Tails’ chakra against the Terracotta Army.
• Rikusei and Madara returned to Konoha with Kuan, and Hashirama arranged Kuan’s entry into the village while Madara shared what he had learned about the moon and the God Tree.
• Rikusei reunited with Naori and Chiri, returned to the Academy, and attended a Uchiha clan meeting where Madara revealed his return and proposed capturing the Two-Tails with the whole Shinobi World.
• Madara and Hashirama welcomed Otsutsuki Cang Lu’s clan into Konoha and presented a Shinobi World Alliance plan that began with an operation to seal the Two-Tails.
• Rikusei and Naori commissioned Kohei to forge Basho Fans from Meteorite Iron and God Tree material, while Madara arranged medical checkups to obtain Hashirama’s cells and placed them in his own chest.
• Rikusei preserved Hashirama’s and Madara’s tissue samples for research, while Konoha hosted academy matches that included Mao defeating Chiyo’s puppets and Hiruzen defeating Ōnoki.
• Danzo lost his match to Yotsuki Yamanari, who then challenged Rikusei.

Tobirama brought the hidden villages together to capture the Two-Tails and establish an alliance, while Konoha arranged an auction for the Tailed Beasts. As the leaders began planning to end noble rule, the daimyos arrived in Konoha and learned that the alliance intended to abolish it.

• Tobirama secured support from Kumogakure and Kirigakure, proposing a Shinobi Alliance and negotiating over Tailed Beasts.
• Hashirama met with the Fire Daimyo, while Rikusei proposed auctioning the Tailed Beasts and Tobirama enlisted Kakuzu to help organize the sale.
• Hashirama and Madara led the gathered shinobi in capturing the Two-Tails, using their combined strength to defeat and bind her.
• Tobirama and the Kurama Clan sold commemorative portraits during the celebration, while Hashirama announced that the Tailed Beasts would be auctioned under Madara’s supervision.
• Hashirama explained the Shinobi Alliance to the village leaders, and Madara urged them to overthrow the nobles and redistribute land.
• The daimyos gathered in Konoha as Black Zetsu watched Madara’s chakra develop, and Hashirama built a street and houses for the arriving nobles.
• Hashirama told the Daimyo of the Land of Bears that the alliance planned to abolish the nobles, while the Daimyo of the Land of Rain discarded his crown and said he had never wanted to be a puppet Daimyo.

Konoha auctioned the Tailed Beasts, forged alliances, and secretly eliminated the Land of Lightning’s Daimyo as conflict spread across the Shinobi World. Hashirama sent forces to defend attacked villages while Madara searched for a safe place to awaken the Rinnegan and work with the Ten-Tails.

• Sarutobi Sasuke strengthened Konoha’s security as the leaders and daimyo debated peace, war, and the proposed abolition of nobility, while Madara secretly told Hashirama he would leave to investigate the Ten-Tails.
• Madara and Kakuzu oversaw the Tailed Beast auction, where villages and daimyo spent enormous sums to secure the beasts, and Rikusei watched Madara prepare to depart.
• Tobirama advanced plans for roads, academies, and the Shinobi Alliance, while Kuan offered the Chinoike Clan’s Ketsuryūgan in exchange for help and Ashina agreed to Uzushio joining Konoha on the condition that Tobirama marry an Uzumaki woman.
• Madara appointed Kaku acting clan head, said goodbye to Hashirama and Rikusei, and left Konoha to investigate other planets and the Ten-Tails.
• Tobirama, Kaku, Kuan, and Rikusei killed the Land of Lightning’s Daimyo and falsified evidence to make the deaths appear to be the work of rogue ninja.
• As attacks spread across the Shinobi World, Hashirama declared war and dispatched reinforcement units to protect villages and daimyo from the Underground World’s assassins.
• Tobirama’s team rescued Sugakure shinobi with the Rasengan, while Kaku and Sarutobi Sasuke’s forces routed attackers near the Land of Waterfalls and Hoshigakure.
• Madara found the Dragon Vein beneath a desert oasis and began excavating a cavern where he could safely awaken the Rinnegan and store the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.
