Background

Jiang Yi's former-life creation, a crude pet-cultivation mod, manifested in his new life as a personal Pet Cultivation Panel. Its initial status identified his Martial Soul as the Master Ball, with guaranteed accuracy that ignored level gaps, alongside the Slave Master talent, which grants increased affinity with humanoid pets. At that point, he had no cultivatable pets. 2

His first partner was Xiao Lan, a Gale Thunder Falcon that he raised from one hundred to roughly eight hundred years of cultivation at the cost of his savings. Discovering that his Martial Soul could share a pet's talents, attributes, and eventually soul skills, Jiang Yi began searching the Star Dou Great Forest for the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm. 2

He captured Tian Meng after she targeted Huo Yutong, then convinced the decaying million-year Soul Beast to accept a contract by demonstrating that the Master Ball's internal space could halt her life decay.
