Background / History

Tang Wutong arrives at Shrek Academy’s examination as the Tang family’s princess, expecting others to seek her cooperation. She introduces herself as a Level 23 Power Attack System Soul Master and displays the Radiant Goddess Butterfly, but underestimates the six-ring examiner Yang Wushuang. Jiang Yi’s spiritual assistance lets her evade one attack, while Xiao Xiao ultimately rescues her from pursuit with the Three-Life Soul-Suppressing Cauldron. 12 13

Initially dismissive of other students as “mortals,” she challenges Huo Yutong after provoking her in their dormitory. Huo Yutong defeats her without activating her Martial Soul, using precise strikes that interrupt Tang Wutong’s movement. Tang Wutong accepts the loss, pays their wager, and becomes curious about Huo Yutong’s technique rather than making excuses. 16

She continues to develop at Shrek, forming a small social circle with Xiao Xiao and Huo Yutong. During the freshman assessment, she uses the Clear Sky Sect’s Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer to defeat Xie Huanyue, but Jiang Yi’s team later overwhelms hers in the final. 19 61

Tang Wutong is proud, attention-seeking, and easily provoked. She expects recognition as a princess of the Tang family and is frustrated when Jiang Yi and Xiao Xiao initially ignore her. Her confidence often becomes recklessness, particularly when she challenges stronger opponents alone or overestimates what her status can accomplish. 12 13 70
