Outside the lord's castle in Snow Bear Territory, three parties united and surrounded the castle gate.

Because when the lord's castle was designed, he had considered what would happen if the walls were breached.

Therefore, even inside the castle where people live, there is a fairly complete defense mechanism.

The people below the city did not see the lord appear at the window; they only saw the lord's guards trembling as they pointed their crossbows downwards.

They all knew that these crossbows would probably be useless against these people, and might even provoke them.

The reason why the three allied forces below did not choose to attack directly was because they were still arguing about who should go first.

First, there's the orc side. The other two sides firmly stated that they wouldn't allow too many orcs to enter Snow Bear City, so Benedict's people are the fewest here, only about a dozen.

In this situation, even the most valiant and warlike orcs know that they cannot rashly advance and become cannon fodder for scouting.

Mercenary also valued their lives highly. In the past, even if a lord ordered them to charge at the front of the Battlefield, they wouldn't dare to run away immediately.

Therefore, faced with a well-defended castle, they naturally wouldn't be the first to rush in and become cannon fodder.

Gillian, a member of the Church of the Goddess of Ocean Currents, watched the argument with a smile, her gaze fixed on the castle, as if the debate had nothing to do with her.

She was the least anxious of the three parties. Although she agreed that everyone should come here to besiege the lord, it did not mean that she would fully support this operation.

Why would she send personnel or take matters into her own hands? What if she herself gets injured or loses men? That would have a huge impact.

Moreover, her best course of action now is to wait until her main force arrives; these people in front of her are just a flock of lambs waiting to be slaughtered.

While the two sides below failed to reach a conclusion, the people inside the castle finally took action.

Lord Blake of Snow Bear Territory walked to a brightly lit window, pushed aside a guard with trembling hands, and stood in the center of the window himself.

He looked outside and saw so many people below, and his vision blurred for a moment, but he forced himself to remain calm and said angrily:

"What are you doing?! By the Northern Territory, I have kindly entertained you, but not only have you colluded with my enemies, you have now come to my castle..."

His words startled the people below, who stopped talking, and then cruel smiles appeared on their faces.

"My lord, we are here to repay your 'hospitality' and to properly thank you! So please open the door quickly and let us in..."

Blake, having lived this long, naturally knew that those below were speaking ironically and would not actually leave as they said. He was furious once again.

"You insatiable wolves! Even the rats I keep know to befriend their feeder, but you..."

Blake used extremely insulting language; it was clear he was genuinely angry.

But it seemed to be of no use; no matter how angry he was, he couldn't get the people below to leave.

His words only fueled the Mercenary ' damned personal pride, causing them to hurl insults at Blake on the spot.

Blake quickly wiped the sweat from his forehead, his hand trembling slightly as he did so.

He was terrified that he would lose his territory today.

But he had no choice but to come out now, because Fran had summoned him, and every bit of time he could buy was precious.

Just as Benedict was about to show impatience, Blake suddenly changed the subject and said with great surprise:

"Listen up, you vermin! I've contacted the Northern Lands Society, and they're on their way. If you don't want to die, you'd better run!"

Gillian, the Goddess of Ocean Currents, narrowed her pupils slightly, and stretched one hand to her chest, opening and then clenching it.

Even now, she still harbors a lingering fear of the Northern Lands Society that Benedict spoke of, but she may not necessarily notice them.

Because she had actually seen those the Alliance mages, who were eager to explore everything in the world and fiercely fought against the Church of the Goddess of Ocean Currents and other forces on the high seas...

She still hasn't completely put her mind at ease, believing that the Alliance's mages will still arrive at some point.

However, she forced herself to remain calm and spoke for the first time from below, addressing Blake above:

"The lord of Snow Bear Territory..." A smile played at the corners of her lips. "Now that you have the Alliance's help, you must not be afraid of our attack, right..."

After saying that, ignoring Blake's expression and the puzzled looks on the other two sides, she waved her hand and ordered the Church Warrior behind her to step forward.

"Open the door."

Blake's heart skipped a beat as he watched several fully armed warriors approach. He quickly followed Fran's instructions and lowered the city gate.

The Church Warrior were about to climb the castle as ordered and open the gates when they witnessed a scene that left them completely bewildered.

The gate slowly rose, revealing the path leading into the castle, where a familiar figure stood.

"It's that mage from the Alliance!!"

Not only Gillian frowned, but even the Mercenary gasped. Only Benedict sneered:

"The Alliance mage, why are you standing there? If you block our path to the lord, we'll make you suffer..."

Fran scanned the crowd, waited three seconds, and then coldly uttered a sentence.

"This is the Alliance's sanctuary; anyone who enters without permission will die."

Fran's words caused a brief silence, and the first to make a move was Gillian, the Goddess of Ocean Currents.

Unlike the other two factions, she didn't care about the lives of her subordinates, because they would be taken by the Goddess of Ocean Currents to the Oceanic Kingdom to enjoy bliss.

What she really cared about was whether Fran represented the Alliance, the Alliance she was truly worried about.

So she immediately gave the order.

"Step in."

Several Church Warrior immediately took their positions, lined up in a row, and marched towards Fran.

Fran simply added one more sentence.

"Anyone who crosses that line deserves to die."

She pointed to a scratch on the ground, indicating that this line was the boundary and no one was allowed to cross it.

However, the Church Warrior merely confirmed the location of the line, knowing that they would be attacked behind it, so they prepared themselves and stepped forward.

Everyone present, including Blake above, ran to the side window and watched the scene unfold before them with bated breath.
