He later entered the Star Dou Great Forest, befriended the Three-Eyed Golden Lion, and contracted a Heavenly Dragon Horse that transformed his Small World and strengthened his Soul Beasts.

• Lu Ran defeated Qianling Academy, Zhengtian Academy, Dou Ling Advanced Soul Master Academy, and Star Luo National Academy, then led Shrek to victory over Sun Moon Academy in the tournament final.
• Tang San ordered Da Ming and Er Ming to kill Lu Ran, while Da Ming persuaded Er Ming to delay and secretly investigate him.
• Mu En was restored to his prime with Electrolux’s help, revised Shrek Academy’s regulations, and backed plans to strengthen its Soul Guidance Department.

Lu Ran found the Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Well, secured Immortal Herbs for his companions, and helped the Jade Azure Bird and Rock Crystal Dragon undergo major transformations. He brought Snow Empress back as Xiao Xue and arranged for Ice Empress to help Ma Xiaotao refine Blazing Glue and suppress her Ultimate Fire.

• Lu Ran and the Jade Azure Bird crossed the poisonous miasma and reached the Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Well, where Aromatic Silk Beauty agreed to let him take six Immortal Herbs after he passed its test.
• Lu Ran collected Immortal Herbs for the Jade Azure Bird, Rock Crystal Dragon, Tang Ya, and others, then helped the Jade Azure Bird awaken its Jade Green Luan bloodline and Ultimate Wind.

• Lu Ran helped Ma Xiaotao absorb Blazing Glue and advance to Ultimate Fire, then brought the Snow Maiden from the Far North to Shrek Academy.
• The Shrek departments began merging and competing to teach the Snow Maiden, while Fan Yu and Huo Yuhao encountered Zhou Ping in the Star Dou Great Forest.
