Background / History

Mu Chen adopted Yao Chuan shortly after his birth and raised him as his foster son alongside his daughter, Mu Xi. As president of the Eastsea City Blacksmith Association, he personally takes Yao Chuan and Mu Xi to the Spirit Pagoda for Yao Chuan's martial soul awakening. 1

After arriving at the Spirit Pagoda, Mu Chen is overwhelmed by Yao Chuan's test results—Innate Soul Power 10, Mental Power 352 at high-grade Spirit Connection Realm, and physical strength assessed at the Soul Elder level. He openly celebrates Yao Chuan as his own son and takes immense pride in his potential. 2
