Tsunade's Examination

Except for the Sharingan, Uchiha Nagi told Tsunade almost everything about his condition without reservation, including the fact that he had visited the hospital to see a doctor previously.

"Sleepyhead, no wonder you're so strong. It turns out you continue to do extra training every time you get home."

Uzumaki Kushina was also surprised to hear this; she hadn't expected him to be so diligent, practicing even after returning home.

"It's just some necessary practice. The current teaching pace at the academy has to cater to the majority of students, so some of it doesn't keep up with my personal progress. Besides me, there should be quite a few others like that, such as my desk mate, Namikaze Minato." Uchiha Nagi didn't feel there was anything special about himself.

"Huh? You're saying that sissy is also strong?" Uzumaki Kushina was somewhat taken aback.

"Sissy?" Uchiha Nagi looked at Uzumaki Kushina in astonishment.

"Uh." Uzumaki Kushina's face flushed red. How could she have blurted out her inner thoughts? She could only explain herself now.

"He looks a bit soft and weak, and his voice is like that too."

"That's called being gentle and polite, alright?" Uchiha Nagi wanted to retort. "Do you think everyone is as boisterous as you, to the point of earning the nickname Blood Red Pepper in class?"

"Blood Red Pepper?" Tsunade had initially only found their bickering amusing, but now she had suddenly heard something even more interesting.

Uzumaki Kushina's face turned beet red instantly. She glared at Uchiha Nagi, then tugged at her hem while looking at Tsunade.

"That... it's nothing, Sister Tsunade~ It's just a nickname those classmates gave me on their own."

"Is that so?" Tsunade narrowed her eyes, looking at the Kushina before her. There was definitely something here she didn't know about; she could look into what was going on later.

"Yeah, yeah!" Kushina, thinking Tsunade had given up on digging deeper, nodded hurriedly.

Tsunade remained noncommittal, then spoke again: "Kushina, you should also learn from your classmate and set aside some time for training after you get home."

Uzumaki Kushina opened her mouth, but thinking of the strength Uchiha Nagi had displayed, and the fact that Namikaze Minato was likely stronger than her as well, her spirit wilted, and she lowered her head.

"I know already~"

Seeing Kushina agree, Tsunade nodded with satisfaction. She had only come to do a favor, so she hadn't expected an unexpected gain.

Although this little sister was someone she had only recently acknowledged, she still hoped the girl's life would be smoother.

Uchiha Nagi also looked at Uzumaki Kushina. He certainly wouldn't see this side of her at the academy; perhaps she only showed such expressions in front of her elders?

Uzumaki Kushina suddenly realized something and her eyes widened abruptly.

"Isn't Sleepyhead the one getting a checkup? How did the topic shift to me?"

Instantly, the expressions of both Tsunade and Uchiha Nagi stiffened. Now that she mentioned it, that did seem to be the case.

Tsunade coughed and looked at Uchiha Nagi: "You've explained your situation clearly, but based on that alone, it's still impossible to determine the problem with your body. Therefore, a comprehensive examination is needed. Is that convenient for you?"

"Of course it is." Uchiha Nagi had nothing to hide.

Although his Sharingan couldn't be seen by others right now, as a member of the Uchiha Clan, he wasn't like Hatake Kakashi, who was unable to deactivate his Sharingan.

As long as he didn't want to activate his eyes, no matter how Tsunade examined him, she wouldn't be able to discover that he had already awakened the Sharingan.

Without wasting any more time, Tsunade began a full-body examination of Uchiha Nagi.

Uchiha Nagi lay on the hospital bed like a patient, undergoing the checkup.

The angle was not right. Since Tsunade had accepted Kushina's request on short notice, she wasn't wearing her formal doctor's attire, nor was she wearing that green vest—the one that could be mistaken for a flat-chested defensive plate—so she was just in casual clothes.

Uzumaki Kushina, standing to the side, also noticed this scene and felt a bit strange; eventually, her eyes also lingered on Tsunade's chest.

Finally, she reached out to gesture in front of her own chest, and her face was quickly filled with dejection.

This... how could she possibly compete with that?!

"Still a little pervert."

The movements of the two naturally couldn't be hidden from Tsunade, though she didn't really mind.

As time passed, the examination slowly reached its final stage.

Tsunade's expression grew increasingly grave. When she first accepted Kushina's request, she thought she was just going through the motions.

She was very confident in her medical skills and naturally didn't think there was any problem with Uchiha Nagi that she couldn't solve.

But as the examination concluded, her conclusion was the same as the previous doctor's: Uchiha Nagi's body was perfectly healthy, with not a single ailment to be found.

If not for the fact that Uchiha Nagi had described his condition so clearly, and that Kushina could vouch that he wasn't lying, she would have thought he was faking an illness.

"Lady Tsunade, how is my condition?"

As the checkup ended, Uchiha Nagi looked at the frowning Tsunade, his heart slowly sinking. Could his situation be that serious?

Tsunade fell silent for a moment before she began to ask Uchiha Nagi about the intensity of his daily training and his nutritional intake.

To this, Uchiha Nagi naturally answered fluently, telling her everything.

Listening to his methodical explanation, Tsunade could tell just from his description that his training regimen was remarkably scientific.

From the moment he began describing his physical condition, Tsunade had noticed that he possessed a composure far beyond that of a typical child.

His logic was clear, his demeanor calm and steady, and his personal strength was already impressive compared to his peers.

All of these factors made Tsunade realize one thing.

That was... the Uchiha Clan was about to produce another rare genius.

However, although she felt a certain heaviness regarding this, she would certainly continue to treat him with all her heart and soul.
