The two brats spent every day either arguing or on the verge of it. At last, he had a way to keep them in line.

"If you were still a ninja, the Anbu might be under your command by now. Kakashi can't hold a candle to you when it comes to brains!"

Mikoto proudly puffed out her chest and cast a sidelong glance at her useless husband.

It was clear now that Itachi had inherited his intelligence from her. As for Sasuke's intelligence... She hated to admit it, but there was a good chance he had inherited it from Fugaku.

Each son had inherited one parent's looks and the other's brains. She wasn't sure whether that was a good thing.

It felt a little unfair to Fugaku, but she would have to find a way to reeducate her younger son. Otherwise, his lack of brains would cost him dearly sooner or later.

Fugaku was beyond fixing, but there was still hope for Sasuke.

That was the end of the bullying of Sasuke and Naruto. Xuanye had effectively removed a department head from office, making his zero tolerance for bullying clear to everyone.

Being young was no excuse for avoiding punishment. If anything, it meant the child's parents had failed to raise him properly!

Xuanye also used the incident as grounds to summon the head of the Education Department to the Hokage Office and give him a thorough dressing-down.
