Michael and Kishō joined forces to eliminate their remaining opponents, while Kairi Shishigami helped Kariya Matou rescue Sakura at the cost of Matou Mansion. As Kiritsugu Emiya and Saber fought for Einzbern, Michael reunited with Aozaki Aoko, and Kishō pursued Kiritsugu through the damaged castle.

• Kairi Shishigami and Chen Gong repelled Assassin, then used a sacrificial Familiar to attack the fleeing Servant.
• Hasegawa Kaede revealed his knowledge of the Holy Grail War to Sakurajima Saori, while Kischurche and Arash encountered Irisviel and Saber.
• Arash and Saber fought Lancer in the warehouse district as Kischurche attacked Irisviel, until Iskandar arrived and Gilgamesh challenged them.
• Michael absorbed Gilgamesh’s Noble Phantasms, fought Berserker Lancelot, and destroyed him with a meteor before the other Servants withdrew.
• Michael and Kishō signed a pact to eliminate the other Masters, with Michael offering help against Einzbern in exchange for artificial human technology.
• Kairi Shishigami freed Kariya Matou, who tried to escape the Matou Mansion with Sakura, and Chen Gong helped him destroy the mansion after Zouken intervened.
• Kiritsugu Emiya told Irisviel that he wanted to be a Hero of Justice for her and Illya, then prepared to defend Einzbern Forest as Lancer fought Saber.
• Michael reunited with Aozaki Aoko at Einzbern, while Kishō pursued Kiritsugu through the damaged castle and resolved to deal with Lancer afterward.

Kishō seized control of Saber and imprisoned Kiritsugu, while Maiya rescued Kiritsugu and the war’s other Masters clashed across Fuyuki. The arc left Kairi seeking help for Sakura as Kischurche challenged him to a fight.

• Kiritsugu Emiya wounded Kishō with an Origin Bullet, but an uninjured Kishō appeared, severed Kiritsugu’s hand, and captured him as Michael declared victory.
• Kishō took Lancer’s Command Spells, forced him to kill himself, and used black mud from the Greater Grail to make Saber his obedient Servant.
• Kirei Kotomine killed Irisviel’s guards and captured her, then inherited his father’s Command Spells and confronted the truth about his desires.
• Maiya Hisau escaped captivity, discovered that Kishō had taken Kiritsugu and Saber, and resolved to find Kiritsugu and rescue him.
• Tokiomi Tohsaka sent Hundred Faces Hassan against Katsushika Hokusai and Siegfried, but Arong’s Great Wave drove the Assassins away.
• Iskandar and Waver scouted Babel Tower, then Iskandar fought Achilles while Satou Nigatsu’s Leonidas I defended gangsters from BT Group’s attack.
• Maiya found Kiritsugu imprisoned and gravely injured, killed Sola, and helped Kiritsugu escape the factory.
• Kairi Shishigami took Sakura to Fuyuki Church seeking help, but left without registering for the war, and Kischurche then sensed Kairi’s approaching car and challenged him to a fair fight.

Michael intervened in the Holy Grail War, eliminating threats, recruiting allies, and transforming Kiritsugu into a Demi-Servant while the Tohsaka alliance collapsed. The arc ended with Kirei and Gilgamesh allied, Kiritsugu recovering for a future confrontation, and Waver and Iskandar pursuing their target amid a riot in Fuyuki.

• Saber defeated Iskandar’s army, while Michael’s hidden microorganism killed Kishō and Iskandar comforted Waver.
• Kairi Shishigami and Chen Gong surrendered to Kischurche Vordem, then joined Michael’s effort to save Sakura and confront Zouken Matou, and Paracelsus helped Zouken remember his past before Zouken died.
• Rin Tohsaka entered an alley to find Kotone’s missing mother, but a blond predator attacked her, and Siegfried and Arong intervened, and the attacker later reformed at his mansion.
• Merlin traded with Michael, joined the Tarot Society as The Hermit, and helped capture Raine, whom Michael took for study.
• Kirei Kotomine strangled Irisviel, and Kiritsugu found her body before Michael offered him an Unregistered Spirit Foundation, and Kiritsugu became a Demi-Servant, and Michael revived Irisviel.
• Ryougi Shiki and the Fierce Ghost Group confronted Babel Tower, prompting Satou Nigatsu to accept that they were fighting for revenge, and Achilles defeated Leonidas I before Michael swallowed Gilgamesh’s weapons and declared war on the Tohsaka family.
• Gilgamesh mortally wounded Tokiomi Tohsaka, and Kirei stabbed his former teacher with the Azoth Sword before taking his Command Spells and accepting Gilgamesh as his Servant.
• Kirei anticipated a future confrontation with Kiritsugu, while Waver and Iskandar headed through a fleeing crowd toward their target bus.

Waver and Iskandar fought Kischurche as Michael defeated Gilgamesh and ended the Holy Grail War, while Kiritsugu killed Kirei and Sakura began a new life with Kairi. The story then turned to Tōko’s escape from a Sealing Designation and Dawn’s arrival in the Black Forest, where Merlin revealed his plan to obtain Anash’s crimson fruit for Arcueid.

• Waver refused Kischurche’s offer to leave the war, and he spent all three Command Spells ordering Iskandar to win before Iskandar charged Kischurche’s Rongomyniad with his army.
• Kiritsugu defeated and killed Kirei at Fuyuki Church, while Michael later confronted Gilgamesh and erased him after overpowering Ea.
• Kischurche returned with Arash and completed the final task, but Michael kept the corrupted Holy Grail and dealt with the black mud that emerged from it.
• Byakuya told Shinji that Sakura had returned to her original home, and Kairi later accepted Michael’s proposal to become her guardian while Kischurche agreed to teach her Imaginary Numbers Magecraft.
• Michael showed Kirei a vision that made him accept his twisted nature, while Hasegawa and Sakurajima gave up their Master qualifications and named Hasegawa’s story “Fate.”
