On this exciting night, the Saiyans held a lavish meat feast. People cheered and celebrated, their enthusiasm burning like flames. Laughter and shouts rose and fell, as if they would pierce the heavens.
It was a joyful banquet, and everyone was immersed in the festive atmosphere, celebrating this unforgettable moment together.
The only blemish was the lack of delicious dishes. All they had was meat that had been simply boiled or roasted.
Even so, nothing could diminish the joy in the Saiyans' hearts.
The banquet was already well underway.

The place was still bustling with people, singing and dancing.

Saigo once again gathered twenty elite warriors to discuss how to deal with their enemies.
"Warriors! I know we've just won a victory today and finally escaped Frieza's clutches. You're all very happy!" Saigo paused deliberately, his eyes sweeping over the twenty people below, who couldn't hold back their smiles. He, too, wore a faint smile, but the next moment it vanished, and his tone shifted. "But I want you to know this: our crisis isn't over yet!"
As soon as he said this, the twenty people below erupted. The joy on their faces vanished in an instant, replaced by disbelief and unease.
They hadn't considered this at all. Saigo's reminder made them realize that if Frieza had been throwing his weight around the universe for so many years, it was impossible that he had no forces backing him.
But they had no idea what kind of enemies stood behind Frieza!
"King Saigo, please tell us what we should do next," asked Vegeta III, who, as a former King of Saiyans, was quicker than the others to calm down. His expression was grave and solemn.
He believed that if King Saigo had said this, then there was almost certainly an enemy out there—and a formidable one at that!
Otherwise, King Saigo wouldn't have gone out of his way to summon them.
"As far as I know, Frieza is a member of the Frost Demon Race. If he's this strong, there's no reason to think the others of his race are weak!"
"So we must make thorough preparations. Until we've eliminated the potential threat, none of us can afford to slack off. We'll let it go for today! Starting tomorrow, the twenty of you will serve as instructors and teach the other Saiyans how to control their ki and train."
"Can you do that?"
The twenty elite warriors immediately sobered up from their meat-induced stupor. In perfect unison, they shouted with fighting spirit, "Yes!"
Saigo was very pleased with their enthusiasm. "Good. They're all still here, so go and pass on the orders right away!"
"One more thing: here's a suggestion. You can teach some of them first, then have those who've learned help share the teaching load! Of course, everyone must be treated equally!"
"Also, have the scientists work at full capacity to build Gravity Chambers. We need to make sure every Saiyan can use one as soon as possible!"

Bardock had the highest battle power at 14,100. His squad also had someone with 10,000: Tora.
The battle power of Vegeta III's squad was the most evenly distributed. After ten days of training under double gravity, every member of the squad had reached over 10,000.
In Paragus Squad, Paragus was the only one to reach 11,600!
As for the mid-level squads, they had all reached six or seven thousand!
When the twenty elite warriors transformed into Great Apes, their battle power multiplied tenfold. Even the weakest had over 60,000, far surpassing the overall strength of Frieza's Special Forces.

Planet Saiyan was scorching hot in July. Saigo wanted to go find a natural, cool pool to soak in and cool off.
Fortunately, the Royal Palace was a tall building, and the people inside could feel a hint of coolness.
