Saigo followed the nursery worker to Nursery Room 4.

"Zacks, sorry for the trouble, but could you bring Bardock here? Tell him I need to speak with him. Oh, bring Gine too!"

On the way over, Saigo had learned the name of the nursery worker who had helped raise him: Zacks.

He was a low-class Saiyan warrior too, but he wasn't interested in fighting. He was devoted to caring for babies.

On the way over, Bardock and Gine had heard that King Saigo had come to the nursery because of their son. But neither of them understood why he would take an interest in Kakarot, whose battle power at birth had been the lowest in Saiyan history.

Because of Saigo, Bardock hadn't gone on a mission to Planet Cereal!

So Bardock couldn't foresee any glimpses of the future.
