Fusion

Wang Yang gave Vegeta a brief, indifferent glance, then ignored him. At this stage, Vegeta was nowhere near impressive enough to catch his attention.

He pointed at the two naked little boys. Light flowed at his fingertips, and the boys were surprised to find themselves suddenly dressed in brand-new clothes.

He had learned this little trick from Kami over the past few years. Wang Yang had a deep understanding of ki, so he'd mastered it after hearing Kami explain the principles just once.

"How amazing!"

Gohan and Wang Sheng looked at each other and laughed happily.

"Dad, hurry and save Uncle Krillin and Uncle Piccolo." Wang Sheng finally remembered his comrades.

"Don't worry! Those two are tough. They won't die." Wang Yang smiled, but still flew down beside them.

Goku also flew over, carrying Gohan.

Krillin and Piccolo lay motionless on the ground. Only their weary eyes could still move.

"Krillin, are you all right?" Goku asked, watching Krillin anxiously.

"Those are some serious injuries. Good thing they're still breathing. Otherwise, we'd have to ask Shenron for help." Wang Yang smiled as he looked at the two men on the ground.

Krillin and Piccolo managed strained smiles, but seemed too weak to say a word.

"Open your mouths!"

The two of them instinctively opened their mouths. Two Senzu Beans flew straight in, one to each of them.

They struggled to chew and swallow the beans. In no time, their eyes lit up, and all their injuries had healed.

"Haha! I'm alive! Wang Yang, thanks for the Senzu Beans!" Krillin got to his feet, planted his hands on his hips, and laughed heartily.

"Hmph!" Piccolo snorted, not one for expressing gratitude.

Just as Krillin was celebrating, a roar rang out, and an utterly terrifying power surged into being. Countless currents of air swept outward.

From the source of the burst of ki, a barrage of energy blasts suddenly shot toward Wang Yang and the others.

Feeling a power far beyond what he'd had before, Vegeta's confidence swelled. He was sure that if he fought those two again now, he could beat them with ease.

As for why his earlier attack had bounced back, Vegeta figured that the guy had only been a little stronger than him. With his current power, he could pull off the same thing.

We're on the same level, so naturally I'm the stronger one, Vegeta thought, absurdly confident.

"Oh, my! That Saiyan's recovered too, and he looks even stronger." Seeing Vegeta back to normal and launching a fierce attack, Krillin was startled and hurriedly hid behind Goku.

Wang Yang barely lifted his eyelids. His ki flared, forming an invisible wall of energy in front of them that blocked the incoming blasts.

Rumble!

Deafening explosions rang out one after another, and the smoke they raised engulfed everyone.

"Amazing!" Krillin and Piccolo stared in astonishment. Wang Yang hadn't even needed to move, yet he'd blocked the Saiyan's attack.

When the smoke cleared, Vegeta saw that his attack had done nothing. He appeared in a flash opposite Wang Yang and the others.

"You two cowards finally showed up. Good timing. Now you can experience true despair." Vegeta cracked his knuckles, a vicious grin on his face.

He didn't care that his last attack had failed. His power had risen, and his confidence was at its peak. He felt that in this vast universe, only Frieza was worthy of being his opponent.

"You should beat those two little guys first," Wang Yang said, giving Vegeta an uninterested glance. The gap between them was more than a hundred million times.

Even if Vegeta could transform into a Legendary Super Saiyan or a Super Saiyan God right now, he still wouldn't be a match for Wang Yang. The gap between their base power levels was simply too enormous; neither transformation could multiply Vegeta's strength by a hundred million.

Only by becoming a Super Saiyan on top of his Super Saiyan God form might Vegeta have a chance of fighting him. But that was obviously impossible for him right now.

"Wang Yang, Vegeta's gotten stronger again. Unless they learn King Kai's Fist, I don't think Gohan and Wang Sheng can beat him this time." Goku sounded uncertain too.

"Those two have decent power, but against me, I could beat them with one hand," Vegeta said smugly.

"You two come at me together!"

Vegeta was getting carried away.

"Believe it or not, I only have to teach them one move, and then they'll be able to beat you senseless with one hand." Wang Yang smiled at Vegeta.

Saiyans were arrogant and easy to provoke. The moment Wang Yang finished speaking, Vegeta immediately shouted back.

"That's ridiculous! I, Vegeta, don't believe they could beat me with one move!"

After recovering from the brink of death, Vegeta's power had increased tremendously. His confidence was soaring, and he couldn't stand hearing Wang Yang say that.

"Go ahead and teach them, if you can. Then I'll show you that no matter what move they use, it won't work on me." Vegeta folded his arms and raised his chin proudly.

Arrogant! Just wait—you'll see what's coming!

Wang Yang sneered. Arrogance was part of Vegeta's nature: he always said the most boastful things, then took the hardest beatings.

"Wang Yang, what move are you going to teach them?" Goku's curiosity was piqued. He couldn't wait to find out.

"There's a planet in the universe called Planet Metamor, where they have a special technique called Fusion. By balancing their ki and performing a special dance, two fighters can become one. The new warrior will perfectly combine both fighters' strengths, and their power will increase by leaps and bounds. The only catch is that the technique has a time limit. They'll separate after half an hour." Wang Yang explained with a smile.

Krillin and Piccolo exchanged glances.

"Fusion? Is it really that powerful? Then hurry up and teach them!" Goku's eyes lit up, and he eagerly urged Wang Yang to instruct the two boys.

Wang Yang waved his right hand. Energy surged, and two figures made of energy appeared out of thin air on the ground.

They looked exactly like Wang Sheng and Gohan.

The two boys stepped forward and carefully examined their identical selves.

"He looks just like me!"

Wang Sheng exclaimed.

"Mm-hmm!"

Gohan nodded in agreement.

With a thought from Wang Yang, both figures began to move!

"Watch closely and pay attention!"

From a distance, Vegeta saw the two boys striking such embarrassing poses and felt awkward.

You two aren't embarrassed, but I'm embarrassed just watching you!

"Raise your hand a little higher... Don't spread your feet so far apart... Make sure your poses match... And your ki levels can't be one high and one low. Keep them roughly even."
