Three days later.

Sun Wukong and Bulma arrived at Fried Bread Mountain.

Fried Bread Mountain had once been a beautiful place, but now it was engulfed in raging flames after fire spirits fell from the sky.

Many villagers who lived there were trying to put out the fire with buckets of water.

But the blaze was too fierce. Their water could only reach the outermost layer of flames, and they had no way to extinguish it.

A tall, powerfully built man with a pair of horns on his head and a golden helmet was anxiously pacing back and forth.

This was Ox-King, who had taken over Fried Bread Mountain.

"Such a huge fire!" Bulma exclaimed.

Ox-King turned around and saw Sun Wukong and Bulma.

"Who are you? Are you here to steal my treasure too?"

"Treasure? You've got it wrong. We're just here to find the Dragon Balls!" Bulma explained.

"Dragon Balls?"

"They're red balls with stars inside!"

Ox-King snorted.

"I don't care about any balls. I'm not giving you my treasure!"

As he spoke, Ox-King prepared to attack.

Just then, Sun Wukong suddenly took out the Power Pole.

Ox-King found the Power Pole familiar and immediately stopped.

"Where did you get that staff?"

"My grandpa left it to me!"

"Your grandpa? Could you be Sun Gohan's grandson?"

Sun Wukong nodded.

"Then what's your name?"

"His name is Sun Wukong!" Bulma said.

"Sun Wukong! It was all a misunderstanding! Your grandfather and I were close fellow disciples!"

Hearing that, Sun Wukong immediately put away the Power Pole.

"By the way, what were those Dragon Balls you mentioned?"

"They look like this!" Bulma took a Five-Star Dragon Ball from her backpack and showed it to Ox-King.

"Oh, what are these Dragon Balls for?"

"If you gather all seven, they can grant any wish!"

"I think I once saw one of these balls in my palace!"

"Really?" Bulma's face lit up.

"Unfortunately, my palace is completely surrounded by fire now!"

As he spoke, Ox-King suddenly thought of his daughter.

"By the way, Wukong, my daughter Chi-Chi went to borrow the Banana Leaf Fan from Master Mutaito, but she's been gone a long time and still hasn't come back. I wonder if she got lost. Could you find her and take her to Master Mutaito?"

"Sure. What does she look like?"

"She wears blue armor and has long hair. She's about your age! Wukong, do you know where Master Mutaito is?"

"I do! He's my master now!"

"Really? That's wonderful!"

Sun Wukong nodded and called for the Flying Nimbus.

"Flying Nimbus!"

Ox-King was startled.

As one of Master Roshi's disciples, he naturally knew about the Flying Nimbus.

Only those with pure hearts could ride it. Back then, neither he nor Grandpa Gohan had been pure-hearted enough to sit on the cloud.

While Ox-King was thinking about this, Sun Wukong had already climbed onto the Flying Nimbus and flown off.

A few minutes later, Sun Wukong reached a mountain. He suddenly spotted someone below, so he had the Flying Nimbus descend.

When he got closer to the ground, Sun Wukong could make out the figure. It was Chi-Chi, Ox-King's daughter.

"A cloud?" Chi-Chi stared curiously at the Flying Nimbus beneath Sun Wukong's feet.

With a thump, Sun Wukong jumped down from the Flying Nimbus.

"Hi, my name's Sun Wukong! You're Ox-King's daughter, Chi-Chi, right?"

"I'm Chi-Chi! But how do you know my name?" she asked warily.

"Your dad, Ox-King, asked me to find you!"

"Dad!"

"He said you might be lost, so he asked me to take you to Master Mutaito."

Chi-Chi blushed when she heard that.

She really had gotten lost.

"Do you know where Master Mutaito is?"

"I do!"

As Sun Wukong spoke, he jumped back onto the Flying Nimbus.

"Get on too!"

"Get on? You mean onto that cloud of yours?"

"Yeah!"

"Okay, then!" Chi-Chi hesitated for a moment before slowly climbing onto the Flying Nimbus.

"Flying Nimbus, take off!"

Whoosh!

As soon as he said it, the Flying Nimbus sped forward.

It was moving so fast that Chi-Chi immediately clung to Sun Wukong in fright.

Some time later, Sun Wukong brought Chi-Chi to Turtle Hermit Island.

"Is this Turtle Hermit Island?"

Sun Wukong nodded and led Chi-Chi into Turtle House.

Master Roshi was engrossed in a magazine and hadn't even noticed Sun Wukong and Chi-Chi come in.

"Wukong, is that Master Mutaito?" Chi-Chi asked, sizing up Master Roshi.

Sun Wukong nodded.

Just then, Master Roshi finally noticed them.

"Wukong!"

"Master Roshi!"

"And who's this?"

"She's Ox-King's daughter, Chi-Chi!"

"Ox-King's daughter!"

"Hello, Master Mutaito! My father told me to come find you!"

"Your father sent you to find me?"

"Fried Bread Mountain is surrounded by fire now, so he asked me to borrow your Banana Leaf Fan!"

"I see. I'll go get the Banana Leaf Fan for you right now!"

Master Roshi got up and went to look for the Banana Leaf Fan.

But after searching for a long time, he still couldn't find it.

"What are you looking for?" asked Sea Turtle, awakened by Master Roshi rummaging around.

"My Banana Leaf Fan. Do you know where it is?"

"Didn't you use it as a hot-pot mat a long time ago?"

"Oh, so that was the Banana Leaf Fan! Last time we had wonton soup, some spilled on it. I thought it was too dirty, so I threw it away!"

"You'll be cursed for that!" Sea Turtle grumbled.

"Th-threw it away? Then the fire at my home will never be put out!" Chi-Chi burst into tears.

"If that's the case, I'll go to Fried Bread Mountain and put out the fire myself!"

"Oh!" Chi-Chi stared at him in surprise.

"Master Mutaito, can you really put out the fire for us?"

"Of course!"

Sun Wukong led Chi-Chi out of Turtle House and called for the Flying Nimbus.

Master Roshi followed them outside and called up to the sky.

"Flying Turtle!"

Whoosh!

A rapidly spinning turtle flew down from the sky.

"Did you call for me, Master?"

"Do you know where Fried Bread Mountain is?"

"I do!"

Master Roshi immediately climbed onto Flying Turtle's back.

Flying Turtle spun rapidly and flew into the sky.

"That turtle's pretty amazing! Flying Nimbus, let's go too!"

Whoosh!

As soon as Sun Wukong finished speaking, the Flying Nimbus sped toward Fried Bread Mountain.

Some time later, Sun Wukong and the others arrived at Fried Bread Mountain ahead of the others.

"Wukong, Chi-Chi, where's the Banana Leaf Fan?"

"Dad, Master Mutaito threw it away!"

"Th-threw it away?!"
