Reke had found the problem, but figuring out how to solve it had become his new problem.

"Damn, I never realized Saiyans were this dangerous. I used to watch anime and read novels and envy them."

"Do I really have to get rid of my tail?" Reke muttered uncertainly.

"That makes no sense. Just because I have an extra tail? I refuse to believe it." Reke was the type to keep going until he hit a wall, and he dismissed his own theory.

After that, Reke stopped asking Lola to take him to find a scientist.

He reined in his desire to grow stronger.

He left early and returned late every day, and nobody knew what he was doing.

The only people who saw him were those who happened to catch him at mealtimes.

This went on for two months.

Four-Eyes and the others came flying down from the sky, leaving their friends stunned.

They pestered them with questions, desperate to learn the secret of how they could fly.

The others didn't dare teach their friends without permission. Reke had given them this ability, and without his approval, who would dare make that decision on their own?

But after years of friendship, they couldn't bear the others' relentless pestering, so they had no choice but to steel themselves and go ask Reke.

That evening, Reke was having dinner at Lola's house. They didn't exchange a word the whole time, until the doorbell rang.

Four-Eyes walked in. Seeing Reke eating, he greeted him, then sat down and waited.

"Burp!"

Picking his teeth, Reke asked, "What's up? Did you need something?"

Four-Eyes hurriedly explained what he was asking for.

When he finished, Four-Eyes stood there anxiously, waiting for Reke's response.

He knew his request was too much, but he was willing to take the risk for his younger siblings, even though they weren't related by blood.

"Sure. Teach them if you want. What I gave you is yours, so you can do whatever you like with it. You don't need to ask me about little things like this in the future." Reke smiled.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Four-Eyes said over and over.

Reke waved a hand, clasped his hands behind his back, and walked to his room.

Hearing the excited cheers outside, Reke smiled too.

He had to admit, the past two months had brought exactly the results he'd hoped for.

So what had Reke been doing lately?

He had been suppressing all his strength and getting reacquainted with the life of an ordinary person.

That helped him recognize the difference again.

Put simply, his strength was too great, but his mind hadn't caught up with it.

He was only eight years old, yet his battle power had already reached 100,000.

How much battle power had Kakarot had at the same age? Not even ten.

Even the genius Vegeta couldn't compare to him.

Vegeta had only reached 18,000 at the age of thirty. That showed just how absurdly strong Reke was.

He had been badly misled by those novels.

His body hadn't even entered its growth phase, so he couldn't control his Saiyan bloodline.

Pure-blooded Saiyans were infants and toddlers from ages zero to ten.

They entered their growth phase at ten and remained in it until they reached their peak at twenty-five.

They stayed at their peak from twenty-five to eighty, without aging.

Only after eighty did they begin to decline and grow old.

He wasn't Son Gohan. Having Saiyan and Earthling blood meant he matured earlier than a pure-blooded Saiyan.

And Son Gohan was even more exceptional—he was widely recognized as the one with the greatest potential.

Even the genius Vegeta acknowledged that.

Now that Reke had figured out how to solve the problem, he stopped rushing to become stronger.

He decided to slow down his growth.

Of course, that didn't mean he would stop looking for a scientist. The Gravity Chamber and the spaceship were still priorities.

Once it was built, the Gravity Chamber would help him maintain his physical condition.

The next day, Reke had Lola take him to the city's most famous scientist, Professor Plus.

All along the way, Lola didn't dare ask Reke why he still needed her to show him the way.

"Reke, this is where Professor Plus works." Lola pointed to a thirty-story building.

"Let's go." Reke nodded.

Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed Lola hesitating. He knew she was worried he'd use force to break in.

"Don't worry. I won't use force."

He reassured her.

"Hello. Could you let Professor Plus know I'd like to speak with him? I have something to discuss." After being stopped, Reke asked politely.

"Kid, this isn't a place for you to play. Go play somewhere else," the guard said impatiently.

Reke gave him a long look, then went and sat down to one side.

Behind him, Lola had nearly been scared to death by the guard's behavior. When she saw that Reke hadn't lost his temper, she hurried over to him.

"Lola, do you know what Professor Plus looks like?"

"I do."

"Good. Then we'll wait. We can go see him after he gets off work."

With that, Reke closed his eyes and spread his senses through the building, keeping the entire place within his awareness.

Time ticked by, and many people came and went.

Whenever someone left, Reke asked Lola to confirm whether they were Professor Plus.

When they found out it wasn't him, Reke went back to meditating with his eyes closed.

The guard saw that Reke still hadn't left and came over to chase him away again, but Lola stopped him before he got halfway there.

Night gradually fell over the city, but Professor Plus still hadn't come out. Through Reke's senses, he could tell that hardly anyone was left in the building.

Reke looked at Lola and asked, "Is it a full moon tonight?"

After Lola said no, he went on waiting.

At ten that night, the people remaining in the building began heading for the entrance.

Reke stood up and looked toward the door.

A group of five came out: one elderly man, two middle-aged men, and two young men.

After asking Lola to confirm that Professor Plus was among them, Reke went over and blocked their path.

"May I ask who Professor Plus is?"

To Reke's surprise, one of the young men answered.

"I'm Professor Plus. What can I do for you, young man?" Plus asked kindly.

"Here's the thing, Professor. I'm an alien, and I'd like you to help me research and build a Gravity Chamber and a spaceship."

Once he had found the person he wanted, Reke spoke directly, without caring who else was there.

"Are you serious, kid?" Professor Plus's expression changed. He studied Reke carefully, then asked him to confirm.

"Yes. I'm not asking you to do it for free, either. I can give you the spaceship I traveled here in to study." Reke nodded, affirming his offer.

Professor Plus grew serious. He thought for a moment, then replied, "All right. When can you give me the spaceship?"

"I can give it to you tomorrow during the day. Give me an address, and I'll bring it over."

"Good. Come with me to my house, and you can bring it there tomorrow." Professor Plus invited him.

The colleagues around him were dumbfounded. At first, they'd thought Professor Plus was just humoring a child.

But when they realized he was serious, one of the middle-aged men spoke up. "Professor Plus, there's no need to waste your time entertaining this kid."

"My instincts tell me this child is telling the truth, and I'm willing to make the trip," Professor Plus said, holding the man's gaze.

After getting out of the car, Reke looked at the enormous estate stretching ten miles in every direction. He nodded at Professor Plus and said, "See you tomorrow, Professor Plus."

"Lola, go home by yourself."

With that, Reke flew into the sky. He oriented himself, then disappeared into the distance.
