Whoosh!
The three streaked through the sky in two different-colored trails of light. They soon left Universe 7 and entered the space of Universe 6.
"Kid, this is my Universe 6. I'm in charge of everything in this universe," Champa said.
"Good luck," Lu Fan replied.
Champa: "..."
What the hell was that supposed to mean?
This kid was always changing the subject.
Whoosh!
The three of them sped up.
Before long, an upside-down, triangular planet appeared before Lu Fan.
"What a fascinating place," Lu Fan said with a smile.
"This is my God of Destruction Realm," Champa said coolly.
Smack!
The three descended from the sky and landed on the ground of Champa Planet.
"I'm thirsty, kid. Hurry up and make me a glass of cola," Champa ordered Lu Fan.
"Little Vados, would you like some?" Lu Fan turned to ask Vados.
Champa was grinding his teeth in frustration.
I already showed you how strong I was on the way here.
Why didn't you seem scared at all?
"I'd like some," Vados said with a nod.
"All right, I'll make it for you." Lu Fan set up his stall, then turned to Champa. "Hey, cat, don't just stand around. Plant that Cola Tree. It's the raw material for the cola you want to drink."
"You're supposed to call me Lord Champa!" Champa's face darkened.
"Uh, Lord Champa, sorry for the trouble, but could you plant that Cola Tree?" Lu Fan replied.
"That's more like it." Champa nodded in satisfaction and went to plant the tree.
But after he'd planted it, Champa suddenly felt that something was off.
What the hell!
I think that kid just treated me like a workhorse.
That kid's a real piece of work!
Just you wait.
Once I get sick of drinking cola, I'll show you what's what.
Lu Fan went over and poured two glasses of cola. He took a sip from one, then casually handed it to Vados.
Vados: "..."
You've already drunk from it, and now you're giving it to me?
"Cola tastes better when it's fizzy enough, and it's even better with ice," Lu Fan explained. "I already added ice for you. It's just the right temperature."
Vados was briefly unsure whether she should drink the cola.
"It's fine. I don't mind," Lu Fan said.
Vados wiped away a bead of sweat.
You drank from it, and then you say you don't mind...
After a brief hesitation, Vados accepted the cola and took a sip.
The moment she tasted Lu Fan's cola, her eyes lit up.
Cola really does taste better with ice.
"Kid, where's mine?" Champa held out his hand.
"I saved you some, Fat Cat." Lu Fan handed him the cola.
"I'll say it again: you're supposed to call me Lord Champa!" Champa said with a dark expression.
"Sure, sure, Lord Champa." Lu Fan nodded.
Champa took the cola and sipped it.
"With ice? Why doesn't mine have any?" Champa said in surprise, realizing that his cola was only lukewarm, not cold.
"Wait a second. How did you add ice just now?" Vados suddenly came to her senses.
"Uh, I blew on the cola. My breath carried some cold energy," Lu Fan explained.
Vados: "..."
Vados suddenly felt awful.
I'm an Angel, and I nearly fell for your trick.
What exactly was I drinking?
Champa secretly rejoiced to himself.
Good thing mine doesn't have ice.
If that kid had added ice to mine...
I'd have been disgusted to death.
"It tastes pretty good," Champa said with a satisfied nod.
This stuff is delicious.
And the best part is...
I stole someone from Universe 7 and brought him to our Universe 6.
Beerus will be fuming when he finds out.
And that guy Beerus has probably never even tasted this drink.
Wahahaha!
I'm a genius!
"Another glass, please," Vados said.
"Sure. Do you want ice this time?" Lu Fan asked.
"No... I'll do it myself." Vados wiped away a bead of sweat.
"Don't be shy. If you keep being polite, I'll get mad," Lu Fan said seriously.
Vados: "..."
And so, Lu Fan settled down on Champa Planet for the time being.
Day after day passed.
Six months later.
Champa had nearly finished all the cola.
As Champa put it, he was just about at the point of getting sick of it.
He used to drink it every day until he couldn't drink another drop.
Now, he was content with just one glass a day.
In his spare time, when Champa was in a good mood, he would occasionally give Lu Fan pointers in his training.
Lu Fan studied diligently.
It had to be said that, thanks to Champa's guidance, Lu Fan had gained a deeper understanding of destruction.
Of course, Vados also guided Lu Fan.
So while learning about destruction, Lu Fan also studied the Angels' Ultra Instinct.
"Hey, kid, I'm nearly sick of cola. Hurry up and come up with a new drink," Champa said to Lu Fan.
"Fat Cat, next time you go out to destroy a planet, bring back a Lemon Tree while you're at it," Lu Fan said.
"How many times have I told you not to call me Fat Cat? Call me Lord Champa!" Champa said with a dark expression.
"Sure, sure. I'll remember," Lu Fan said with a nod.
"You said you'd remember six months ago!" Champa shouted.
"It's just a form of address. You call me 'kid,' after all," Lu Fan said with a smile.
"Do you know what happens when you disrespect a God of Destruction?" Champa clenched his fist.
"I get what you mean. If my new drink doesn't taste good, you're going to destroy me?" Lu Fan grinned, revealing a row of gleaming white teeth.
"Hmph. Of course," Champa said with a nod.
"A Lemon Tree? You mean this?" Vados's Staff projected a 3D image from the Crystal Ball.
The image showed a gigantic Lemon Tree.
"Isn't that the Yellow Fruit Tree from Laslot Planet?" Champa said in surprise. "I remember those fruits are really sour and taste awful... Kid, what do you want it for? Are you planning to make a new drink?"
"That's right. If you have time now, hurry over and bring one back," Lu Fan said with a smile.
"Think this through, kid. Those fruits taste awful. They're sour enough to make your teeth fall out!" Champa shouted.
"I'm telling you to go, so hurry up. Why are you talking so much?" Lu Fan said, annoyed.
Champa: "..."
"Just you wait. If it tastes bad, I'll show you what's what!" Champa said angrily. Then he transformed into a purple-red streak of light, shot into the Void, and vanished without a trace.
