Seeing this jutsu, Orochimaru grew interested in the two once again and decided to test their abilities.
Orochimaru then reached behind himself and pulled out a kunai. Using the Body Flicker Technique to evade Uchiha Meichi's Sharingan, he appeared behind him.
Once Uchiha Meishin realized it was Orochimaru, he immediately called out to warn his brother.
"Meichi, Orochimaru's behind you!"
Thanks to his Natural Affinity, Uchiha Meichi sensed Orochimaru's presence through Natural Energy the instant Uchiha Meishin warned him.
However, Uchiha Meichi knew that the gap between him and Orochimaru couldn't be bridged by an incomplete version of Senjutsu alone.
Thinking of his younger brother, Uchiha Meichi steeled his resolve to make the sacrifice, his gaze turning fierce.
He then gathered most of his Senjutsu Chakra and slammed an elbow back at Orochimaru.
Seeing this, Orochimaru found it quite amusing.
In his view, Uchiha Meichi should have been able to dodge this blow, which he had deliberately held back.
Though puzzled, Orochimaru decided to play along. He didn't try to dodge the attack. He had already completed the initial modifications to his body, and an attack of this caliber was beneath his notice.
As Orochimaru's kunai pierced Uchiha Meichi's left shoulder, Meichi's elbow struck Orochimaru in the abdomen.
The moment he was hit, Orochimaru froze.

That chakra had immense destructive power. A single elbow strike had inflicted damage that was impossible for Orochimaru to repair.
