Just as Rogue and Bai Ye stood at the entrance to the school, a gentle voice echoed in their minds.
Seeing Rogue glance around nervously, Bai Ye explained, "Don't be nervous. The one speaking is the mutant with psychic abilities I mentioned yesterday—the principal of this school."

They had not waited long before, with the sound of the gates opening, three figures emerged from the school entrance.
One man and two women. Leading them was a man wearing dark red glasses, followed by a Black woman with a head of white hair and a woman with wine-red hair.
"You must be Bai Ye, the one Professor X mentioned." All three of them focused primarily on Bai Ye, curiously studying this non-mutant who had appeared on the news and possessed considerable strength.
Then, the red-haired woman turned her gaze to Rogue.
Seeing her warily shrinking behind Bai Ye, she smiled gently. "You're Mary, right? Don't be nervous. Everyone here is your kind."
"Let me introduce myself. I'm Jean Grey. My abilities are Mind Control and telekinesis." As the red-haired woman spoke, she extended her right hand and slowly opened her palm. An invisible force of telekinesis emerged, lifting a coin into the air and making it move erratically.
That immediately drew Rogue's attention. Seeing something equally extraordinary eased some of her initial wariness.
So this was Phoenix Woman? Bai Ye thought as he watched the floating coin.
As the host of the Phoenix Force, she was still in a sealed state. If she perfectly mastered the Phoenix Force, she could even rewrite reality.
But the universe he was in leaned toward the movie
