Though the two races shared the same subcontinent and each possessed many different countries, they were like fire and water, forever at war. Fusang women in particular were very docile, while Fusang men could often be raised into deathsworn warriors.
Murakami Haruki and Park Yong-tae were both fish market brokers eking out a living in White Sand Bay, both insignificant figures at the bottom rung of society.
