Li Ang muttered, though a look of surprise crossed his face.
Especially as he looked at the template and remembered that he had just removed Zhongli from his party, only to cross over right afterward, Li Ang couldn't help but grow suspicious.
But after thinking it over, he decided it didn't matter. Since he was here now, the most important thing was to make the best of the present.
The template slowly dissolved and entered Li Ang's body.

Li Ang looked at him, paused, then prepared to reach out with his leg to shake the man's hand.
Seeing Li Ang's gesture, Shen Ming fell silent too. He simply stood there, staring blankly.
But Li Ang seemed to realize something was wrong. He coughed, then held out his hand.
As their hands met, a stream of Soul Power slowly flowed into Li Ang's body.
Li Ang stared at him, looking betrayed.
"Wait, Pagoda Master. If you wanted to examine me, you could've just done it. Don't pretend to be friendly while you examine me. Isn't that basically a sneak attack?"
Li Ang looked at Shen Ming, speaking with complete conviction.
Shen Ming froze. His gaze turned complicated as he looked at the top-tier genius in front of him, and he began to wonder if there was something wrong with the boy's head.
But when he felt that the boy really was only six years old, and sensed the terrifying power within his body, he fell silent.
"Take him to have his mental power and mental strength measured."
