Samui and Darui

"But..." Nami still wanted to say something, but Mingyou did not wait for her reply. Violent spatial ripples appeared before him, and he leaned forward and slipped into the void.

"You're ninja from the Land of Lightning, aren't you? What exactly are you doing here?"

Outside the residence, three Uchiha guards had activated their Three-Tomoe Sharingan. They formed a defensive formation and glared furiously at the dozen or so intruding ninja.

"Hey! Is this how the Uchiha Clan treats its guests? You attacked us without even asking a question. Keep this up, and I'll have to make a move."

Darui frowned slightly. Having followed the Fourth Raikage for years, he had inevitably picked up some of his arrogance.

"You three, we already explained ourselves. We bear no ill intent in coming here. Please go inside and report our arrival. Tell the Uchiha Clan Leader that envoys from the Land of Lightning have important matters to discuss."

Samui stepped forward slowly, smiling at the three Uchiha guards.

"Who wants to lay a hand on my Uchiha clansmen? Did you ask for my permission?"

The next second, space twisted, and a fist shot out from the void, smashing viciously into Darui's nose.

Bang!

Although Darui was an Elite Jonin, the sudden attack caught him completely off guard.

He was sent flying several meters away, crashing to the ground with blood pouring from his nose.

Darui wiped the blood from beneath his nose, sprang to his feet, and drew the Ninja Tachi from his back.

Mingyou emerged from the void and looked at Darui with an indifferent expression.

"It was me. If you dare speak so rudely again, I'll hit you again later."

Darui's brows knitted tightly. As the sole inheritor of the Third Raikage's Black Lightning Release, he had never feared anyone.

What angered him even more was that this brat had humiliated him in front of so many subordinates.

"Is that so? Then I'll have a proper match with you today!"

As he spoke, Darui circulated the Chakra in his body, coating the Ninja Tachi with a layer of lightning before charging toward Mingyou.

"Stop! Darui, you're being too impulsive." Samui leaped in front of Darui. "Don't forget what Lord Raikage instructed us to do. This isn't the time to act on impulse."

"Hmph!" Darui snorted coldly. His gaze remained filled with hostility toward Mingyou, but he listened to the woman and said nothing more.

Those eyes... They must be the Uchiha Clan's Mangekyō Sharingan. They match the information Lord Raikage gave us exactly.

Samui stared at Mingyou's eyes, her heart filled with shock.

She slowly approached Mingyou, her beautiful eyes still fixed on him as they continuously sized him up. "Little brother, we truly have no ill intentions. We came here under the Fourth Raikage's orders to discuss something with you."

Mingyou nodded slightly, his gaze lingering for several seconds on the deep cleavage before Samui's chest. "Is that so? Then say what it is. I'm the Uchiha Young Clan Leader. I can make decisions on any matter."

Samui's expression shifted slightly in surprise. She had not expected this boy to possess such strength at such a young age, nor that he could decide matters within the Uchiha Clan.

Samui gestured around them. "What Lord Raikage instructed us to discuss is extremely important. I'm afraid this isn't an appropriate place for it."

"Fine. You can come in with me. Everyone else stays here."

Mingyou pointed at Samui, then turned and headed toward the estate.

Samui turned to the dozen or so Land of Lightning ninja and said gravely, "Follow that young man's arrangement. All of you stay here. I'll go in alone."

"Wait, Samui. What if you encounter danger going in alone?" Darui was clearly worried and wanted to step forward to stop her.

Samui waved her hand slightly, a smug smile appearing at the corner of her lips. "Relax. That young man has been staring at my chest for quite a while, just like you wolves. I believe he'll be a man who knows how to cherish women."

"W-what? I didn't—"

Darui's jaw nearly dropped. Even if he were beaten to death, he would never admit that he often peeked at Samui.

The other dozen or so Land of Lightning ninja also wore awkward expressions, wishing they could crawl into a crack in the ground.

This woman... Mingyou was still waiting by the gate and naturally heard Samui's words. His cheeks immediately turned bright red.

Seeing a woman with such a great figure, it was only natural to take a few extra looks and enjoy the view.

"Little brother, let's go." Samui gave Mingyou a flirtatious smile and took the lead into the residence.

"Now can you tell me what exactly you want?"

In a secluded courtyard, Mingyou leaned against an artificial rockery and quietly watched Samui.

"Open!"

Samui pressed her palms together. A ring of Chakra ripples spread outward from before her body. Only after it covered the entire courtyard did she stop.

"Alright, I used a sensory technique to check the surroundings. You don't mind, do you?"

"I don't." Mingyou shook his head slightly.

"We infiltrated the Land of Waves under the Fourth Raikage's orders to discuss joining forces with you to attack Konoha."

A flash of shock crossed Mingyou's face. "Attack Konoha? How did you know the Uchiha and Konoha had fallen out? And how did you know we were here?"

A faint smile appeared on Samui's lips. "Little brother, aren't you asking something you already know? Which of the five great nations hasn't planted spies on another nation's territory?"

"Now, it isn't just the Land of Lightning that knows the Uchiha and Konoha have fallen out. The other four great nations know as well."

Mingyou looked utterly bewildered. He truly knew nothing about the undercurrents between the various nations.

Given Mingyou's former status, he had never had access to matters at this level. Naturally, he knew nothing about spies.

"If you want to attack Konoha, why come to us Uchiha?"

"There aren't many of us left in the Uchiha Clan. We probably can't offer you much help, can we?"

Although the Uchiha still had 256 clan members remaining, fewer than one hundred possessed combat strength. Mingyou could not help doubting the Land of Lightning's motives.

Samui shook her head and said solemnly, "Little brother, you're right. To attack Konoha, we should indeed seek help from the other great nations."

"But that is not a feasible approach."

"During the Third Ninja World War, Iwagakure called upon Kumogakure, Kirigakure, and Sunagakure to join them in launching an assault on Konoha."
