They thrust the energy sphere forward. It spun through the air, absorbing all the energy around it, growing larger and brighter.
Urashiki tried to flee, but the pull of the Tai Chi Rasengan held him fast. He could not move at all.
"No!"
The Tai Chi Rasengan struck him, erupting in a dazzling burst of light that illuminated the entire night sky.
When the light faded, Urashiki lay in an enormous crater, his body charred black, barely clinging to life.
"We won..." Naruto let out a breath of relief. His legs gave way, and he nearly fell to his knees.
Sasuke caught him, staring coldly at Urashiki in the crater. "He's not quite dead, but he can't fight anymore."
"That's good enough..." Naruto grinned. "Let's hurry and destroy the God Tree."
Just then, a furious voice thundered down from the sky:
"You... dare hurt a member of my clan this badly!"
Momoshiki descended from the sky and landed before them. His expression was dark, his eyes blazing with fury.
"Momoshiki..." Naruto clenched his fists.
"Both of you will die here today." Momoshiki raised his hands, the Rinnegan in his palms shining brighter than ever before. "Sage Art: Planetary Devastation!"
An enormous black sphere began forming in the sky, radiating a terrifying gravitational pull. The ground cracked apart as rocks and trees were drawn into the sphere. Even the God Tree's roots were torn from the earth.
"This is bad!" Sasuke's expression changed drastically. "He's trying to seal us away along with the God Tree!"
"We can't let him!" Naruto gritted his teeth and tried to charge forward, but Planetary Devastation's pull was too strong. He could not advance at all.
Just then, a golden flash appeared beside them.
"Dad?!" Naruto cried in delight.
"Don't talk. Hold on to me." Minato
