Severed Arm Regenerates

"Don't be afraid, I'm here."

"Don't come any closer, did you hear me?"

Yamamoto Takeshi stood in front of the girls, weapon in hand, shouting these words.

Even though he was a boy, he was still somewhat terrified in the face of such an unknown monster, his legs trembling slightly.

Uchiha Matsuzaki had arrived in their vicinity just in time to witness this scene.

"Yamamoto, protect them. I'll deal with this monster."

Uchiha Matsuzaki shouted loudly toward Yamamoto Takeshi and the others.

Upon hearing Uchiha Matsuzaki's voice, the four of them were no longer afraid; after all, the strongest person in their group had returned.

Uchiha Matsuzaki gripped his blade with both hands and slowly approached the monster.

Only then did he see what the creature truly looked like, and he couldn't help but shudder involuntarily, as the monster's appearance was truly terrifying.

"Disgusting. Looking at the color of your body, that black liquid from earlier must have been yours."

Uchiha Matsuzaki said to the monster.

"Giggle, giggle..."

The monster, with its hideous face, kept making a giggling sound where it stood.

It was as if it were provoking him.

Suddenly, the monster accelerated and charged toward Uchiha Matsuzaki with incredible speed.

"So fast!"

Seeing that the situation was dire, Uchiha Matsuzaki instantly activated his Three-Tomoe Sharingan.

But to his utter shock, even with the Sharingan activated, the monster's speed only slowed by half.

"Boom!"

The monster threw a heavy punch right in front of Uchiha Matsuzaki, but thanks to a timely block, the fist landed on his blade.

Even so, Uchiha Matsuzaki was sent flying several meters backward.

"Damn it, this guy's strength is likely on par with a Kage-level..."

Uchiha Matsuzaki muttered to himself after steadying his footing, staring at the monster.

The other four dared not act rashly; their strength was simply too weak, and stepping in would only hold him back.

This time, Uchiha Matsuzaki did not wait for the monster to strike; he took the initiative.

He rushed toward the monster at his maximum speed, and the moment he made contact, his blade severed one of the monster's arms.

"Great!"

The four of them cheered happily upon seeing Uchiha Matsuzaki cut off the monster's arm.

Uchiha Matsuzaki smiled as well, but the scene that followed left him devastated!

The monster stood motionless as the severed arm slowly melted into a pool of thick, black liquid.

Meanwhile, a new arm sprouted from the spot where the original had been severed.

"Is this... f*cking regeneration?"

Uchiha Matsuzaki cursed, his brow furrowed as he stared at the completely unharmed monster.

The other four were equally bewildered, having never witnessed such a thing before.

After its arm had fully regrown, the monster slowly turned its body to face Uchiha Matsuzaki, the corners of its mouth curling into a smile.

Seeing this, Uchiha Matsuzaki couldn't help but shiver.

"Even if you can regenerate, let's see if the same happens if I cut off your head."

Uchiha Matsuzaki raised his blade once more, locking his eyes on the monster as he prepared to launch another attack.

This time, he intended to sever the monster's head.
