A Harmonious Family

"Brother."

Upon returning home, Uchiha Matsuzaki heard a very familiar voice.

In this world, Uchiha Matsuzaki had a very cute younger sister, two years his junior.

Although she was two years younger and still just a child, she already displayed a beautiful appearance.

"Ke, how was it? Did you have a good time with Mom at Auntie's house?"

Uchiha Matsuzaki said happily after seeing his sister.

Uchiha Ke nodded, then said joyfully, "Of course I did! Mom and I even bought a lot of things!"

After saying this, she took the items from Uchiha Matsuzaki's hands, and the two of them slowly walked into the room.

"Mom, I'm home," Uchiha Matsuzaki said as he entered.

At this moment, a woman was tidying up in the room. Hearing her son's words, she put down her work, turned around, and looked at him kindly.

"Matsuzaki, you're back!"

"Your aunt asked me to bring you some of the snacks you like today. Hurry and get ready, let's start eating!"

Uchiha Matsuzaki's mother said with a smile.

"Let's go, brother, let's go wash our hands. You'll be able to eat lots of delicious food in a moment."

Before Uchiha Matsuzaki could even speak, his sister pulled him outside to wash their hands.

A moment later, they both finished washing their hands and returned to the room. A large table of delicacies met their eyes, most of which were his favorites.

The three of them sat down in their chairs one by one and began to eat.

"I really didn't expect Auntie's pastry-making skills to still be this good. I remember always loving the pastries she made when I was little; it really tastes exactly the same as it did back then."

Uchiha Matsuzaki said while eating.

The family enjoyed a very warm and happy meal, and today was a truly joyful day.

After finishing their meal, they cleared the table together and sat down to talk, as they hadn't seen each other for several days.

"Mom, school starts for my sister and me tomorrow. If there's nothing to do this afternoon, I'd like to take her to the ninja tool shop to buy some supplies."

Uchiha Matsuzaki said to his mother with a smile.

"Yay! That's perfect, my supplies are almost out too. Let's go together; I need to buy a lot of things anyway, I use them every day," Uchiha Ke said excitedly.

"Alright, you two go this afternoon. I'll stay home and tidy up. I didn't expect the house to be this clean after being away for a few days."

"Look at you, Mom. I'm your son; even if I'm home alone, I wouldn't leave the place in a mess."

Uchiha Matsuzaki said to his mother with a laugh.

After the family chatted for a while longer, the siblings stepped out of the house and headed toward the ninja tool shop.

"Brother, let's not go to the ninja tool shop after all. I actually just want to go shopping and buy other things!" Uchiha Ke stopped in her tracks and said to Uchiha Matsuzaki with a smile.

Uchiha Matsuzaki stopped and chuckled after hearing what his sister said.

"You really are a handful, little girl. Fine, my weapons are enough for now anyway. We can go when I run out. Tell me, where do you want to go?"

Uchiha Matsuzaki said with a wry smile.

"I knew my brother was the best! Let's go check out that side; we don't have anything else to do anyway."

Uchiha Ke said with a beaming smile before running off to the side.

Uchiha Matsuzaki smiled and followed after her. However, he couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching him, yet he couldn't pinpoint the location.
