Background

Naruto was born during the Nine-Tails incident as the son of Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki. The Sign-in System remodeled him at birth and diverted the Nine-Tails’ chakra: Minato received the Yin half, while Kushina received the Yang half. As a result, Naruto never became the Nine-Tails jinchūriki. The system and Naruto’s host consciousness then entered a three-year dormant adjustment state. 1
