This was clearly a young, chibi version of Otsutsuki Kaguya!

"Um... do you have a name? What should I call you?" Obito asked.

"A name? After I was born, they all called me Queen, so I shall be Queen!"

Perhaps it was because she was a loli, but her voice had become much more pleasant... a sweet, girlish tone.
