Granted, the orderly faction, acting through official organizations, had cracked down on Evil Professions and effectively curbed the number of crimes committed by Spirit Realm Walkers.

But what truly kept Evil Professions in check was not the official organizations, but Moral Value!

Moral Value was a blade hanging above the heads of every Spirit Realm Walker, the foundation of stable order.

Without Moral Value, the evil faction would have no qualms about murder, arson, looting, and pillaging, while orderly professions would be even more unscrupulous in oppressing the people and plundering their wealth.

Now that blade was gone, and the entire world would descend into chaos.
