Back then, alpacas became the universally known "Grass Mud Horse," along with several other mythical beasts, all products of that same online culture.

After alpacas gained widespread fame, news of people keeping them as pets gradually began to appear. By now, while they could not exactly be seen everywhere, they were no longer particularly rare either.

Zhu Juntang's alpaca came from the Zhu Family's alpaca-wool industrial park in the Andes, the animals' native habitat. Long Aotian was clearly a lucky one, to have become Zhu Juntang's pet.

Alpacas belonged to the alpaca species of the vicuña genus, alpaca tribe, camel family, even-toed ungulate order, and were generally called vicuñas; llamas were larger alpacas, belonging to the llama species of the vicuña genus, alpaca tribe, camel family, even-toed ungulate order.
