Tang San was separated from his family as an infant when Martial Soul Hall abducted him during Tang Hao's escape following Ah Yin's sacrifice. His twin brother, Tang Yin, remained with Tang Hao, while Tang San was raised within Martial Soul Hall. 1 117

He grew up under the name Yue Xiaochuan as Yue Guan's adopted son. Yue Guan and Gui Mei trained him to be obedient to Martial Soul Hall, while Yue Guan renamed his inherited Clear Sky Hammer the Heaven-Shaking Hammer. 28 99 117

At age ten, Tang San reached level 30 and acquired a third Soul Ring from a Diamond Ape. His third soul skill, Diamond Earth-Shaking Hammer, created a crater and spreading ground fissures with a hammer blow. 28

He earned a place on the Martial Soul Hall Academy team by overpowering Baker, then competed alongside Xie Yue, Hu Liena, and Yan in the Continental Advanced Soul Master Academy Elite Tournament. His public use of the Clear Sky Hammer drew widespread attention. 99 103

Tang Hao later sent him to Slaughter City. Tang San entered alone, fought through its brutal environment, and openly renounced the name Yue Xiaochuan when Hu Liena confronted him.
