Background / History

Tang San reincarnated into the Douluo Continent with memories and techniques from the Tang Sect. Before his Martial Soul awakening, he secretly cultivated the Mysterious Heaven Skill and practiced the Purple Demon Eye on the mountain behind his home. His limited internal energy, lack of hidden weapons, and uncertainty about the world made him intensely cautious. 1 2

Li Ping'an bound Tang San to the Fatherly Kindness and Filial Piety System without revealing his identity. Tang San interpreted its voice and light-screen interface as a divine artifact or the will of a hidden senior, accepting it because it offered martial-soul knowledge and a way to grow stronger. 1 2

A fabricated “Life Background” reward convinces Tang San that Tang Hao knows he is not his true son, caused his spirit-beast mother’s death, and deliberately neglected him. Believing revenge to be filial piety toward his mother, Tang San begins completing system missions by poisoning Tang Hao. 2 4
