Ultimately a Venerable!

At the heart of the cosmos.

In its deepest reaches.

This was the very core of the Source Domain, yet it was also exceedingly special. It did not exist within the cosmos itself, but in another dimension. Only those who had united themselves with the Dao and completely mastered a certain Source Path could step into this place.

A Source River flowed here. Within it flowed the light of Time Dao, flashed the radiance of Creation, and surged with boundless Void might. It was the union of the three great Daos of Time Dao, Creation, and Void.

Within this Source River.

One could see stars of incomparable brilliance!

These stars floated one by one upon the river's surface. The light they gave off seemed too dazzling even for the Source River to fully conceal. They represented the Great Dao Honored Ones—the Life Stars reflected in the Source River after the Great Dao Honored Ones had united themselves with the Dao!

Upon closer inspection, one would discover that deep within the Source River, there were also countless stars, as numerous as the hairs on an ox, impossible to count. Yet all of them were dim, and none were qualified to rise from the Source River's surface.

The Life Stars that had truly surfaced, belonging to Great Dao Honored Ones, numbered only a few hundred.

Among those few hundred, some shone with incomparable splendor, rosy clouds filling the heavens. They were Great Dao Honored Ones born in this cycle of cosmic birth and destruction, presently in the state where their self-will was strongest and their destinies most stable.
