In addition to diplomacy against the night elves, Sanla also talked with Thrall about some future plans for the tribe and Orgrimmar. Rather than frowning on diplomacy, he was full of enthusiasm and confidence for these futures. ♢😎 .ᶜσм 😲🐒

Thrall planned to build Orgrimmar into a magnificent city that would belong not only to the Orcs, but also to the Trolls and Tauren, and to the entire Horde. He also planned to build an arena for Orcs Warrior to unleash their passion and hone their strength.

"With the help of Baron Gazlowe of Booty Bay, I found an excellent engineer. He's a Goblins, but he's willing to serve me. I believe that in the near future, our city will rise here." Thrall's eyes gleamed with fire.

"Thrall, please don't blame me, but I want to know, what price did you pay to get those Goblins involved?" Zul'ra asked, her eyebrows twitching slightly as she listened to Thrall mention the Goblins.

"Yes, I know what you mean, Zul'ra. Those Goblins are greedy, but they also have something to ask for. I asked them for a loan, and they agreed." Thrall understood Zul'ra's meaning; the Goblins greedy and cunning, but they also had something to ask for.

"How much money? What's the repayment plan? I never doubt their abilities, but be careful not to fall into a debt trap. Those little guys are always very calculating." Zul'ra shook her head. It was certain that the Goblins would help the Horde. They hadn't fared well after the Horde's defeat last time, and they needed someone to fight against the Alliance. But for the same reason, those guys never did anything that didn't benefit them.

"The loan totals 500 million Almond Coin, to be repaid over the next ten years, with an annual interest rate of 0.8%. I've calculated it carefully; the annual repayment is 50.4 million Almond Coin, which is also 1.08 million Arathor Gold Coin. They allow us to pay with equivalent minerals and agricultural products. We've currently found some veins in Durotar, enough to cover the cost." Thrall clenched his fist slightly, a little nervous.

"There doesn't seem to be any debt trap, but in the process of repaying the debt, they will definitely affect our finances!" Zul'ra listened to Thrall's words, frowned and thought for a moment. This debt is simple to calculate. With the strength of the Horde, they should not dare to cause trouble, but they will definitely use the debt to affect the Horde's finances.

"Mutual influence is inevitable, but those dwarves had better not try anything funny with me if they don't want to die." A hint of menace crept into Thrall's voice.

"Yes, that makes sense, but we can't rely on Goblins completely. Thrall, could we try to establish relations with humans?" Zul'ra's eyes shifted slightly. They couldn't rely on Goblins entirely; they needed to find them an opponent. Alterac would be a good choice.

"You mean!" Thrall looked up.

"Have you heard of Alterac?" Zul'ra asked with a smile.

"Wasn't that country already destroyed?" Thrall blinked. He knew about Alterac, of course. The traitors within the Alliance, the human nation that sided with the Horde in the Second War—weren't they wiped out because of that?

"They've rebuilt. Thanks to the the Scourge, Lordaeron has disintegrated, and they've found an opportunity for revival. They've re-established their nation in Durnholde, and I gave them a little push." Zul'ra's smile was somewhat smug.

"This could worsen our relations with other Alliance nations." Thrall frowned as he looked at the smug guy. He didn't care about the reconstruction of Alterac Dunholde, but Alterac had sided with the Horde in the past, and those actions were despicable. Compared to those guys, he was more willing to believe Jaina's Theramore. Unfortunately, Theramore was also under construction and he couldn't help them.

"We cannot live at the mercy of others. In dealings with countries outside the shadow of those demons, there are no permanent friends, only permanent interests. We must prioritize the interests of the Horde." Zul'ra looked at Thrall, who was frowning, and shook her head slightly.

"I don't want to admit it, but it's true. However, I still believe that some friends are worth trusting forever, just like the Tauren." Thrall listened to Zul'ra's words, his brows furrowing even deeper. He didn't want to agree with this value system, but he had to admit that it was indeed the case.

"I don't disagree with your idea, but I believe that a balance between trust and mutual benefit can make a relationship more harmonious. Relationships that rely solely on emotions can sometimes be very fragile, and when they break down, they can cause pain to both parties," Zul'ra said bluntly. Trust and mutual benefit both influence a relationship, and one cannot rely on only one.

"Just like you said, trying to establish contact with Alterac must all be done in the best interests of the Horde." Thrall relaxed his brow and nodded in confirmation of Zul'ra's words.

"Hmm, by the way, speaking of Alterac, I'm reminded of another human nation, Kul Tiras," Zul'ra said suddenly, looking at Thrall, who didn't seem to like the idea but was still certain of his association with Alterac.

"Kul Tiras, that's Jaina's country!" Thrall slightly raised his gaze.

"Yes, Warchief, I must remind you that Kul Tiras is a powerful maritime nation among humans, and also one of the nations with a tough stance against the Horde." Zul'ra felt it necessary to offer this reminder.

"You might not know, Zul'ra, but I recently signed a contract with Jaina. Barring unforeseen circumstances, we won't start a war." Thrall looked at Zul'ra, who was reminding him, and shook his head slightly. During the Battle of Mount Hyjal, he and Jaina had forged a good friendship, and they had just signed the contract.

"No, Warchief, I'm not against the peace agreement you signed with Jaina. I know Jaina; she's a good person. However, Jaina cannot represent Kul Tiras. On our way here, I discovered that our fleet was being followed by Kul Tiras ships." Zul'ra pointed out a fact. In fact, he didn't know if the ship following them was from Kul Tiras, but it was now.

"What?" Thrall's eyes widened in surprise upon hearing Zul'ra's words.

"They followed us to the coast before disappearing. I think we need to be prepared. Peace is a beautiful thing, and to maintain it, we must be prepared to shed blood. Peace is achieved through struggle, while peace is lost through compromise," Zul'ra offered a brief suggestion.

"I'll consider your words, but at this stage, it's not advisable for us to make any major moves. Jaina is also having a difficult time in Theramore, and I don't want to put pressure on her." Thrall lowered his head, his brows furrowed. He was willing to trust Jaina, but no human being other than Jaina could be trusted.

"Well, let's keep it simple: tell the coastal villages to be on high alert, prepare the beacon towers, and say it's to guard against Naga pirate attacks. Don't mention humans, so as not to incite unrest and hatred. Hopefully, this is just my imagination." Zul'ra wasn't surprised by Thrall's attitude, but at this time, the Horde really shouldn't be making any big moves.

"Good idea." Thrall nodded in satisfaction as he listened to Zul'ra's words. From her actions, he could tell that Zul'ra genuinely cared for the Horde and was not an ambitious but treacherous person.
