The female Nightwalkers returned quickly, bringing back four large bags of food wrapped in plant leaves. Zul'ra couldn't understand how they had done it. Under the silvery moonlight, three of the bags contained various kinds of fruit, while the fourth bag held a wriggling creature—a baby octopus. 🐨🍟 🐤🐼

"Moon pears, moonberries, the Eye of Elune, and baby octopuses—that's plenty. We don't need to start a fire." Naisha looked at the food her companions had brought back and dissuaded Zul'ra and the others from starting a fire.

"No need to start a fire?" Zul'ra looked at the three different fruits among the plant leaves, and the octopus larvae wriggling inside the leaf, her expression somewhat subtle. These things even live?

"Yes, these baby octopuses are chewy and delicious, a rare delicacy." Naisha took a wriggling, transparent baby octopus from the leaf, put it in her mouth, bit it through with her sharp teeth, chewed it up, and swallowed it.

Zul'ra looked at the octopus baby tentacles curling up at the corner of the Dark Night Orchid's mouth, and his lips twitched violently twice. But surprisingly, he didn't feel nauseous at all, after all, he lived with man-eating Forest Trolls.

Driven by curiosity and a desire to try something new, Zul'ra ate a baby octopus herself, feeling the tiny creature wriggling around. She chewed it up and ate it, and it was actually quite delicious—the meat was tender, chewy, and flavorful, and it was even jumping around in her mouth. Okay, that part was rather disgusting.

Driven by curiosity, Zul'ra ate a baby octopus and then stopped asking questions. He ate a few pieces of fruit from the Nightmare Woman to fill his stomach; they tasted quite good. He then drank some wild boar liquor and felt full. The Nightmare Woman and the Amani'lai also ate quickly.

The banquet ended quickly and everyone began to clean up and rest. The climate in Ashenvale was very pleasant. Zul'ra lay on the thick layer of fallen leaves and didn't feel cold at all. Looking at the stars among the leaves, she slowly fell asleep amidst the Tranquility of the forest. When she woke up again, the stars in the sky had disappeared, and the air was slightly dim.

Naisha and Amani'lai were already awake in the early morning. After stretching, Zul'ra stretched and jumped out of his bed of leaves, feeling full of energy. He felt like he had slept more comfortably than ever before.

After a quick wash at a nearby water source, Zul'ra, along with Naisha and the others, ate a few leftover Eyes of Elune from the previous night—a fruit resembling an apple. After breakfast, they resumed their journey, walking through the mountains and forests for about two hours before arriving at a Night Elves temple in Ashenvale.

There were some Night Elves guarding the temple, but they were all very indifferent. Zul'ra didn't go up and make a fool of herself, letting Naisha and the others talk to them. Eventually, Naisha found out some information and replenished her arrows and weapons before she and Zul'ra set off again.

"The situation in Felwood is not optimistic, and our journey may not be smooth." Naisha expressed her concerns on the way. Although the Burning Legion was repelled at a great cost, the demons were not all gone, and a large number of native creatures had been corrupted and were now rampaging through Felwood.

"Just don't block our way." Zul'ra looked at Naisha's worry and wanted to complain, but ultimately held back. Those Night Elves were truly stubborn; despite the rampant corruption and demons in their territory, they were still focused on hatred. They had the strength to retaliate against the Orcs, but not the strength to wipe out the demons?

They set off with their heads down, Zul'ra and Naisha driving at top speed, galloping along the flat paths through the forest. Although the forest was dense and endless, with abundant branches and shrubs, Naisha and the others always managed to find a flat path and avoid some hostile wild beasts.

After traveling for more than a day, apart from encountering a few wild beasts blocking their way, Zul'ra, Naisha, and the others encountered nothing until they left Ashenvale and entered Felwood.

Felwood was once the territory of Cenarius of the Forest. It was once teeming with life, with lush forests and streams like those in Ashenvale. But now, only scorched earth remains, with gnarled and twisted trees seemingly releasing poisonous gas, and Ghost seemingly roaming in the shadows of the forest.

After entering Felwood, it was already dark. The gloomy forest exuded a terrifying atmosphere, and no one slept much. As soon as it was light, Zul'ra set off with the others towards Emerald Sanctuary, the nearest safe camp in Felwood, because it was far too dangerous there.

Naisha and Zul'ra ran at the front of the group, leaving the forest valley where they would camp for the night and rushing toward the Emerald Sanctuary. But after running for a while and just over a hillside, Zul'ra suddenly stopped and drew the Forest Sword from her waist slightly. The blue light on the blade was flashing on and off at a certain frequency.

"Wait a minute, slow down." Zul'ra stared intently at the gleam of the sword at her waist, then quickened her pace to catch up with Naisha ahead, while the Tooth-Soldiers and female dark maidens in the group slowed down.

"What's wrong?" Naisha stopped involuntarily as she looked at the guy who had suddenly fallen behind and then caught up with her again. The female Dark Knights and the Tooth-Soldiers following behind also stopped involuntarily.

"Be careful. I feel like we're being watched. Get your weapons ready and don't rush forward!" Zul'ra drew his Forest Sword from the forest. The five-foot-long blade was enveloped in a bluish aura, which pulsed forward along the blade like dancing flames.

"How did you know?" Naisha looked at Zul'ra, who had drawn her sword, and couldn't help but draw an arrow from her quiver. She looked around warily while staring with a hint of surprise at the longsword in Zul'ra's hand that was emitting a blue light.

"My sword tells me, go, proceed carefully." Zul'ra turned his head to look around, then took off forward, but dared not just run forward as before, the Forest Sword gave him a sense of danger.

After running down the hillside, there was a patch of gray bushes, and in the distance, a forest. Naisha pointed to the forest with her feathered arrow and said, "Go through that forest and turn a bend, and you'll reach the safe Emerald Sanctuary." As soon as she finished speaking, a tremor suddenly came from the gray bushes to the right, and everyone's eyes lit up.

"Who is it!" Naisha immediately pulled the hardwood aside and shouted in the Kaldorei language.

"Help me." A faint, hoarse voice came from the bushes. Naisha immediately wanted to rush forward, but was stopped by a hand. It was Zul'ra's.

"Who are you?" Naisha asked, her eyes fixed on the voice coming from the bushes. As she watched Zul'ra gesture to her Tooth-Soldiers and her sisters, everyone became alert. The female night women drew their bows, while the Tooth-Soldiers raised their shields and spears.

"Speak! Who are you!" Naisha shouted. Zul'ra looked at the silent figure in the bushes, grabbed her longsword, and stepped forward. But before she could get close, the bushes suddenly burst open, and a strange creature jumped out from the gray branches and let out a strange cry.

"I am your nightmare."
