Zul'ra's speculation about Sylvanas's relationship with the Sin'dorei is merely personal conjecture, but regardless of his views on the Undercity Queen, strategically, he needs the Sin'dorei to stand with the Horde. Wingdings: ⌛︎🖲︎⬧︎♒︎◆︎⌧︎📬︎♍︎□︎❍︎

Although the Sin'dorei were severely damaged by the the Scourge, losing almost seventy or eighty percent of their population, and seemed to pose no threat, Zul'ra dared not underestimate them precisely because of this, since Amani had also come from a crossroads of life and death.

At the crossroads of life and death, the Sin'dorei did not want to be wiped out, so all they could do was fight for survival. Their race had mastered and accumulated a vast amount of Arcane knowledge, and the potential that erupted from this foundation would probably make even the gods give way.

Zul'ra absolutely does not want to stand on the opposite side of the Sin'dorei. Now, the possibility of the Sin'dorei siding with the Alliance is not small, especially given the changing course of history. Kul Tiras has already entered the factional struggle ahead of time, and that old fox Daelin will inevitably try to win over every force that can oppose the Horde.

Zul'ra felt a headache coming on whenever he thought about the history he had altered. Maintaining the Sin'dorei 'Sin'dorei stance while the Alliance was trying to win them over was a difficult task. He couldn't interfere at all and could only rely on the Sin'dorei's own initiative.

"Self-awareness..." Zul'ra narrowed her eyes slightly as she thought of the crucial point. Could she use the Sin'dorei's sense of security to make them consider the possibility of neutrality, and use their desire for neutrality to make the Alliance make a foolish move, thus bringing them closer to the Horde?

Although the idea is very unrealistic and only based on the possibility of the Alliance making a blunder, given the current state of the Alliance, Kul Tiras, under Daelin's rule, is unlikely to make such a blunder. However, Stormwind and Dalaran are a different story, especially Dalaran.

Despite Quel'Thalas being the origin of Dalaran, and the Quel'dorei being an important part of Dalaran, the enmity between Quel'Thalas and Dalaran has become even more intractable than that between their former arch-enemies Amani.

"What should we do!" Zul'ra pondered the possibilities, becoming increasingly certain that if the Sin'dorei were to join the Horde, the first step would be to secure Sin'dorei neutrality, and how should he proceed?

Now that Sylvanas has nominally joined the Horde, the Alliance's power in the Eastern Kingdoms is weak. If the Sin'dorei join the Alliance, they will be the first to bear the brunt of any conflict. Therefore, they will carefully consider joining the Alliance, which marks the beginning of the possibility of neutrality.

The current situation will make the Sin'dorei reconsider joining the Alliance, while the the Scourge will give them a sense of crisis. Under such dangerous circumstances, they will absolutely not dare to provoke Amani and will consider Amani's thoughts. Amani can use the the Scourge to control the Sin'dorei.

"Use the the Scourge to control the Sin'dorei, and on the other hand, intensify the conflict between Dalaran and the Sin'dorei. If possible, then use Stormwind to do something unwise, so that the Sin'dorei will eventually choose to join the Horde." Zul'ra came up with the general outline of his plan.

Under this general plan, Zul'ra devised a detailed scheme to use the the Scourge to control the Sin'dorei. In that case, Amani would need to participate in the war between the Forsaken and the Sin'dorei to reclaim Silvermoon City, and make their campaign fail—no, they should make their war succeed.

The Sin'dorei successfully recaptured their capital, Silvermoon City, but did not eliminate the threat of the the Scourge. This forces them to consider their situation. If they join the Alliance, they will have to face the the Scourge on top of the Amani's targeting. Sylvanas probably thinks the same way.

On one side, they joined the battle to retake Silvermoon City and control the the Scourge to subdue the Sin'dorei. On the other side, the Alliance also needed to find a solution. Stormwind was relatively easy to deal with, as they might be able to cooperate with Onyxia, the Onyxia. However, Dalaran was a different story. Those mages were as cunning as ghosts, and it was difficult to make a move against them for the time being.

Just as Zul'ra saw Gunther off and finished considering her plan against the Sin'dorei, an envoy from the Sin'dorei arrived. It was Sylvanas's brother, Lirath Windrunner. Unsurprisingly, the young man came to request Amani's help in retaking the old capital, Silvermoon City, from Quel'Thalas.

Although she had already decided to intervene in the war, it was impossible to get involved immediately. Zul'ra inquired about the situation from Lirath: how many troops Quel'Thalas and the Forsaken had, and how much strength the the Scourge of Silvermoon City possessed!

Although young, Lirath was very cautious in his speech. He only gave a very vague figure regarding his own side's strength, while he belittled the the Scourge of Silvermoon City, making them seem utterly insignificant.

"Since the opponent is so easily defeated, why have you come to me?" Zul'ra asked the young man with a smile, immediately making him blush and stammer, "Quel'Thalas needs to secure victory, and the Sin'dorei can't afford any more losses. Amani is now an ally of Quel'Thalas, can't they help?"

The young man was still quite thin-skinned, and when he said something against his conscience, his face turned bright red. Zul'ra almost couldn't bear to tease him, but she still kept a serious face and said that the reason Amani was an ally of Quel'Thalas was because of the great power of the the Scourge.

"Since the the Scourge is so great, then Amani should join forces with Quel'Thalas, "Lirath said eagerly. Zul'ra didn't say much, only replying that Amani had already joined the Horde, leaving the young man speechless for a long time.

"Does Amani really have no intention of helping Quel'Thalas at all?" Lirath asked almost pleadingly after a long silence, his face flushing. Zul'ra replied that she needed a reason to get Amani to join the war.

Before being sent here, Lirath had already discussed with his team what Amani wanted. He wasn't particularly surprised to hear Zul'ra's words, considering that Amani had earned a large amount of gold coins from Quel'Thalas over the past two years.

It wasn't that Amani wanted anything, but rather that Quel'Thalas wanted Amani's help. Zul'ra couldn't help but laugh at Lirath's words. "Young man, your negotiation skills are terrible!"

Lirath was indeed not good at negotiations, and he himself realized this. After failing to reach an agreement with Zul'ra, he immediately took his leave, saying that he would return to Dasviser to discuss the matter with his own senior management and would give a formal reply to Amani another day.

After seeing Lirath off, Zul'ra fell into deep thought. Lirath's behavior as Quel'Thalas's envoy, as well as his identity as Sylvanas's brother, was rather puzzling, suggesting that problems might be arising within the Sin'dorei.
