Tarecgosa's Magic
Zul'ra was slightly stunned as Sylvanas suddenly flew into a rage, uttered harsh words, and left. By the time she came to her senses, Sylvanas was already far away. 💋♩ 💣👍
Zul'ra watched the woman walk away, unsure of what to say. The characteristics of the Forsaken were completely different from those of the living. For others, death was the end of life, but for them, death was the beginning of life.
The reversal of death and resurrection means that when the Forsaken resurrected, they see the world as it was before, but upon contact with it, they find that all past kinship and friendship no longer matter. They can no longer love those they should love, and those who once loved them now despise them.
Whether the world has changed or they themselves have changed, the Forsaken cannot adapt to this environment and are destined to suffer until they drive themselves insane.
Some of the Forsaken cannot accept it, becoming obsessed with the past, wandering aimlessly all day, and even committing suicide. Forsaken choose to make do, enduring everything new and choosing to start anew. Sylvanas, however, is somewhere in between. She chose a new beginning, but she was unwilling to abandon the past; she chose to keep it all.
Thinking about Sylvanas's situation, Zul'ra couldn't help but recall the question she had once posed to Arthas: children see life as a multiple-choice question, while adults want it all. But is life really just a multiple-choice question? What if she became like Sylvanas?
As Zul'ra pondered what she would do if she were transformed into Sylvanas, she suddenly realized that this question seemed rather ominous. Becoming like Sylvanas meant an early death. However, if she were to actually confront this issue, it seemed she had faced such a problem before.
"Hey!" Zul'ra couldn't help but laugh out loud. When he first transmigrated, he was actually quite similar to Sylvanas.
The difference is that I transformed from a human into Trolls and chose to accept everything, while Sylvanas went from living to dying and then being resurrected as Forsaken. The situation seems different, but in essence it is the same. It's just a different way. I, like her, went from life to death and then from death to life, but it's still different.
"She still has a family, while I'm all alone. But what if I died and came back to life..."
Zul'ra ultimately felt that he couldn't compare to Sylvanas. He had experienced the life of time travel, and facing the boundary between life and death was almost the same for him. But Sylvanas was different. However, if he were to come back to life like her, what would Haimuxi, Lostro, and Broken-Tooth think?
"Zul'ra." Just as Zul'ra was lost in thought, a voice brought him back to his senses.
"Tarecgosa, what are you doing here? Where's Anveena?" Zul'ra looked up at the blue-haired Elves lady who walked in from outside, and couldn't help but blink. This Blue Dragonflight lady had always been with Anveena.
"She's busy with factory stuff, and I don't understand why she's so enthusiastic about those boring things!" Tarecgosa. Anveena was helping Zul'ra manage those odd jobs at the canned food and instant noodle factory, and she didn't like those trivial and boring tasks.
"People always need something to do to avoid getting bored." Zul'ra chuckled and spread her hands. Anveena was the embodiment of the Sunwell, and she accepted everything about herself well. She was someone who knew how to be content with the ordinary and enjoy the pleasures of life. As for the Blue Dragonflight girl, she was a dragon, not a woman.
"I'm so bored! Do you have anything fun here?" Tarecgosa looked at the Trolls, feeling a little frustrated, and sat down next to him, pouting.
"How did you pass the time before?" Zul'ra asked curiously, glancing at the Blue Dragonflight girl who had sat down next to her. How did dragons pass the time when they were bored?
"Sleeping, hunting, eating, and occasionally playing some little games." Tarecgosa looked up.
"What little game? Throwing magic balls?" Zul'ra couldn't help but picture a Blue Dragonflight playing like a circus clown, tossing Arcane Magic balls around in his mind.
"A magic ball? No, I mean something sparkly." Tarecgosa looked at the Trolls was lost in thought, unable to fathom his imagination, and shook her head.
"Robbery?" Zul'ra recalled some images, those associated with dragons were usually mountains of treasure.
"No, look carefully." Tarecgosa her head repeatedly as she watched Zul'ra only imagining things. She stood up and conjured a rock, about the size of a goat, that had been placed some distance away, right in front of her.
"..." Zul'ra stood up from her seat. There Tarecgosa summoned a goat rock, then closed her eyes and hurled a blue flame at the goat rock.
Blue flames enveloped the mountain rocks, causing violent fluctuations. In less than two breaths, Tarecgosa raised her hand, and the flames vanished instantly, revealing a purplish-blue rock crystal before Zul'ra, with fragments of light occasionally falling from its edges.
"This is..." Zul'ra stared wide-eyed at the rock crystal with shards of light scattered around its edges.
"When we're bored, we find rocks, trees, and even some evil creatures, and turn them into these shiny things," Tarecgosa clapped her hands, looking quite pleased with herself.
"What's it for? I feel like there's Arcane energy in this thing?" Zul'ra couldn't help but ask, glancing sideways. This purplish-blue crystal was formed from rock, not some temporary magical transformation, nor Druid's beast form, but a complete material transformation, and it was filled with Arcane energy at a very high concentration.
"It's used for building nests or doing other things, it has many uses. It's also good for eating when we're hungry occasionally. Arcane energy, we sometimes use this energy to cast spells." Tarecgosa her head.
"Then how did you turn the rock into this?" Zul'ra couldn't help but widen her eyes again. This crystal could be used as Arcane energy, so what was the technique for turning rock into crystals? Was it also Arcane? What was this—reusing energy repeatedly or creating energy?
"Magic!" Tarecgosa blinked innocently; the Trolls seemed quite astonished by the technology.
"What kind of magic?" Zul'ra couldn't help but grin. You see, energy is a huge problem for Arcane. Even the Elves couldn't survive after losing the Sunwell. And the Blue Dragonflight, they can actually create energy crystals. Although it's not surprising that the Blue Dragonflight can do this, they are still mortals after all.
"You're surprised that we Blue Dragonflight learned our magic from Malygos?" Tarecgosa spread her hands, seemingly understanding something. This kind of magic was nothing to them, but it seemed different to mortals.
"Of course, magical energy has always been a problem for us. Even the Sin'dorei, who have gone the furthest in this area, have fallen into a very weak state after losing the Sunwell." Zul'ra nodded. Magical energy is one of the biggest problems limiting magic.
"Oh, I see!" Tarecgosa exclaimed in realization, then looked at the silent Zul'ra and asked with a happy expression.
"Do you want to learn? I'll teach you!"
