Zul'ra planned to meet with Thrall early the next morning to summon the various Horde leaders for a meeting in Orgrimmar, but the banquet went on too late, and Cairne Bloodhoof and Vol'jin were both quite drunk. Thrall could only discuss Outland matters with Lor'themar first. 👣🍭 👻⛵

One of the conditions for Lor'themar to join the Horde was that he would agree to open the road to Outland to the Horde and help Horde find brown-skinned Orcs. Thrall took this news very seriously and even consulted many veteran Orcs.

Thrall learned from the existing Orcs of the Horde that before the Orcs Warrior, led by Grom, drank the Demon Blood when the various Horde were gathered in the Old Horde, some Orcs had indeed not drunk Demon Blood.

The Orcs were mostly children and young men from various Horde. After refusing the Demon Blood, whether willingly or unwillingly, they were taken to a respected grandmother to be raised and hidden deep in the Nagra plains. They called themselves Mag'har, which in the Orcish means "unfallen".

At the time, the Old Horde opinion called those Orcs weak and unworthy of being Orcs, even demanding that they end their lives for the Horde. However, this opinion was prevented from taking effect due to the intervention of the various clan chiefs, and the traces of these Orcs were eventually covered up. This was because those young Orcs came from various Horde, including the children of chiefs and celebrities, and everyone had the intention of leaving a seed.

With the Dark Portal completely closed, the defeated Orcs clans couldn't even protect themselves, let alone think about the Mag'har Orcs. In fact, most of them believed that the Mag'har were dead. After all, the Horde was under the control of Gul'dan and the Shadow Council at the time, and all sorts of unexpected events could have happened, such as Warlock secretly sending people to eliminate the Mag'har or demons invading and massacring them.

In short, the Orcs had almost forgotten about Mag'har, but who would have thought that many years later, the Sin'dorei, their former enemies, would reveal that Mag'har was still alive, and that the fact that Outland was a broken fragment of their homeland Draenor paled in comparison to this news.

Lor'themar had never been to Outland, but the Archmage Astalor Bloodsworn and the explorer Tae'thelan Watcher he brought with him had. The two answered many of Thrall's questions about Outland, but they were still unclear about Mag'har, because the Sin'dorei in Outland had neither contacted nor been able to contact the Orcs.

Although the situation is unclear, the Archmage and explorers are certain that the Mag'har are real, and Lor'themar has promised that the Sin'dorei, as members of the Horde, will do everything in their power to help the Horde members travel to Outland and find the Mag'har.

Faced with Lor'themar's promise, Thrall didn't hesitate and prepared to organize an expedition to Outland with the Sin'dorei to find Mag'har. Of course, Outland was also important; although it was a broken world, it should still have considerable resources and usability, otherwise the leader of Quel'Thalas wouldn't have lingered there.

Although the Sin'dorei had joined the Horde, they maintained a high degree of autonomy in certain aspects thanks to the resources they had. Therefore, Thrall couldn't ask too many questions about Kael'thas's affairs and could only consider things for the Horde himself. Zul'ra was quite satisfied with this.

After overhearing Thrall's conversation with the Sin'dorei, Cairne Bloodhoof and Vol'jin, who were on the other side, had sobered up. Thrall then ordered someone to summon them, along with Sylvanas was doing something on the other side, to join the meeting.

The meeting was not held in the Hall of Glory, but in Thrall's stone house. Apart from Thrall, Zul'ra, Cairne Bloodhoof, Vol'jin, Sylvanas, and Lor'themar, everyone else was temporarily set aside. This was just a meeting to discuss matters.

"Gentlemen, we are gathered here for glory. In the past, each of us has endured hardship and trials. We have overcome those hardships and trials, but this is not the end!" Thrall gave his opening remarks, highlighting the central theme of the meeting:

"The Horde belongs to all of us. I have my own ideas about the future of the Horde, but I still want to hear your opinions and needs while we have time to sit together."

"The Forsaken are currently facing the threat of the the Scourge and the Scarlet Crusade, and we need more aid." Sylvanas, without hesitation, began to play the Thrall, hoping to gain significant support from the Horde for the Forsaken.

"The Horde should stand firm in the fight against the the Scourge, but before that, we need to deal with the internal problems of the Horde." Zul'ra quickly steered the conversation back on track when he saw Sylvanas change the subject. This meeting was about discussing the future of the Horde, not about solving the problems that each party needed.

"What are the problems within the Horde Horde?" Vol'jin asked Zul'ra, his eyes slightly narrowed.

"We have many problems. Ensuring the Horde needs of our people are met is just the foundation. We need to build more safeguards on top of that foundation. For example, the Horde currently lacks a written law and an effective administrative organization."

The things Zul'ra mentioned in her soft words caused everyone present to exchange bewildered glances. Each person had a different expression: Sylvanas and Lor'themar looked puzzled, while Cairne Bloodhoof and Vol'jin were completely bewildered.

"Law, I understand, but what does 'administrative organization' mean?" Cairne Bloodhoof scratched his head; neither he nor Vol'jin understood Zul'ra's new terminology.

"This is a legal term used by humans, referring to the organization that manages the lives of Horde members. This will help us organize our Horde more effectively." Thrall frowned. He had studied this kind of political jurisprudence in Durnholde, but Cairne Bloodhoof and Vol'jin had never heard of it before. Zul'ra's suggestion was somewhat Recklessness.

"Just like our various clans, right?" Cairne Bloodhoof's comprehension was excellent, but his expression also became worried. If the Horde were to establish a new administrative organization, what would happen to the original clans within the Tauren? These two things couldn't be changed so easily.

"Yes." Thrall suddenly felt a little regretful, both resentful of Zul'ra and caught off guard. Shu'halo and the Orcs were not as centralized Amani'lai, and this sudden proposal to establish an administration could easily disrupt social traditions.

"If an administrative organization is established, what should the Sin'dorei do?" Lor'themar asked, looking at the troubled expression on Cairne Bloodhoof's face. He made no attempt to conceal his concern for the Sin'dorei, because unlike the tribes or clans of the Amani'lai, Orcs, Shu'halo, and Darkspear, the Sin'dorei already had their own administrative organization.
