A prolonged war was impossible because Stormwind's finances could not sustain it. But if they could obtain a stretch of cultivable land in Northrend, Stormwind's treasury might be able to hold out a little longer. Bolvar was a practical man—so practical that everyone present could not help but look at him awkwardly.

"Of course, we hope to obtain a tract of cultivable land." The moment Zul'ra Jin spoke, Bolvar cast everyone else aside and began naming his price. With cultivable land, they could produce their own food, easing logistical pressure to some extent and settling some domestic disputes.

"Stormwind's request can be met. There is not much cultivable land in this frozen wilderness, but the lands in Grizzly Hills and Borean Tundra are already insufficient." Zul'ra Jin looked at Bolvar, then swept his gaze over the others, but before he could finish, Bolvar cut him off.

"Are they truly insufficient? Zul'ra Jin, Kalimdor has countless lands waiting for the Horde to cultivate. Why does the Horde still have its eyes on this frozen wilderness?" Bolvar's dissatisfaction was apparent, and he had good reason for it.
