As silver light flickered continuously across Sargeras's body, countless wounds burst open across his powerful frame. Blood sprayed from the ruptures, splashing over the ground around him and raising wisps of green smoke.
"Aaaaargh!" Sargeras howled in agony. Unlike Vanidak's previous blow imbued with the power of the Void, this was pain that pierced deep into his soul, as though his intangible spirit itself had been stabbed through. Now, however, every wound erupting across Sargeras's body was physical. The countless spatial blades unleashed by Vanidak had carved his body into a mass of scars. Even with Sargeras's willpower, he could not help but howl.
"How is it, Sargeras? Without using the Void power you despise, you're still no match for me." Vanidak stood with his arms folded, watching from a distance as wounds burst open across Sargeras's body and he convulsed on the ground, screaming.
At last, the storm-like assault whirling around and slicing Sargeras came to a halt. Sargeras lay prone on the ground, gasping for breath.
"Ha... ha... cough... cough, cough." Sargeras had been grievously wounded by Vanidak's lethal Slaughter Feast. His already shattered skin was now even more mangled, too horrible to look at. The pair of enormous Demonic Wings behind him were also in ruins; their membranes had long been shredded to pieces, and one wing was attached at its base by only a thin strand. One of his Demonic Horns had been cut off as well, rolling to a stop by Vanidak's feet.
Bending down to pick up one of Sargeras's horns, Vanidak examined it as he spoke to the still-gasping Sargeras on the ground.
"Nice horn, Sargeras. This thing is pretty good. After I kill you, I think I'll have Khaz'goroth forge it into a weapon or something, to commemorate your defeat."
