Uchiha Qingcheng revealed himself as the Fifth Hokage after three Police Force members tried to extort him at Ichiraku Ramen. He ordered a crackdown on corruption in the force and headed to Police Force Headquarters with Yamanaka Fu and the others.

• The three Police Force members recognized Uchiha Qingcheng, apologized, and knelt as Ayame and Ichiraku Master realized he was the Hokage.
• Qingcheng offered Ichiraku Master a larger storefront with twenty years of rent waived and ordered the three offenders to summon Yamanaka Fu and Shouhon Yihan.
