"This is the power I achieved after spending over a decade dead. It surpasses Super Saiyan, then surpasses that transformation once more. I call it Super Saiyan 3."
After he finished speaking, Goku cried out,
"Yaaah~~!"
As Goku's voice rang out, golden energy flared around him. Lightning crackled through the air, and his terrifying aura sent everyone stumbling backward.
"S-so scary..."
Future Gohan murmured as he watched Goku in midair.
Vegeta's eyes betrayed his frustration. If he had a body after death, he would most likely have reached this level too.
The transformation continued. His terrifying aura kept spreading, and the light grew brighter and brighter. The onlookers had no choice but to retreat again.
Suddenly, Goku blazed with dazzling light, forcing the others to shut their eyes.
After a storm of wind passed, they opened their eyes and looked up again. Goku's hair now hung down to his waist, and his gaze was cold. Without eyebrows, he looked even more intimidating.
"Damn it..."
Had Kakarot really reached this level?
Vegeta was even more frustrated. He clenched his fists tightly.
The other three were left gaping in astonishment. They had never seen such a terrifying aura.
Goku's powerful energy shook the surrounding space until it seemed ready to shatter.
"Sorry to keep you waiting, Gogito."
Goku let the energy around him fade and took up a fighting stance.
Gogito did the same.
In an instant, the two vanished from where they stood and reappeared on the ground, throwing punches at the same time. The moment their fists collided, a huge crater appeared in the earth. Then they were back in the air, trading blows. Every clash sent waves of energy surging outward.
As the fight raged on, Gogito gradually increased his power, and Goku began to fall behind. Gogito seized his chance and struck him with a heavy punch, sending him flying.
"Kamehameha!"
"Kamehameha!"
Both of them gathered energy and unleashed their Kamehameha waves.
The two enormous blasts collided, unleashing a terrifying shock wave. Vegeta transformed into a Super Saiyan to withstand it, while Kid Gohan was blown away. Fortunately, Vegeta reacted quickly and grabbed him by the leg. The other two also transformed into Super Saiyans and braced themselves against the blast.
Several rifts opened in the space around the two fighters. The closer they were to the center of the energy, the larger the cracks became.
For a moment, the two attacks were locked in a stalemate.
Gogito sensed trouble and detonated the energy.
"Boom! Boom! Boom!"
The terrifying explosion sent the onlookers flying.
Goku crossed his arms and blocked the shock wave.
Gogito, however, still looked completely relaxed as he watched the explosion, his hair fluttering in the wind.
When the explosion ended and the smoke cleared, only the two of them remained, standing in midair. Their immense power had gouged a huge crater into the ground.
Looking at the destruction, Gogito felt a little troubled. The space couldn't withstand his and Goku's power. If they kept fighting, it might collapse.
"That's enough, Kakarot. You've seen what I can do."
Gogito spoke to Goku.
Goku knew they couldn't keep fighting, but he was still dissatisfied. He hadn't seen all of Gogito's power, so he said,
"Gogito, please. Let me see your true power. I know you haven't gone all out. You haven't even transformed into a Super Saiyan. I don't believe you can't transform."
Even in his base form, Gogito's power had already surpassed Super Saiyan 3. If he transformed, he would become even more terrifying.
"You're impossible. Fine, I'll show you."
Gogito turned to the others, who had been blown far away by the shock wave, and said,
"You come over too. I'll teach you while I'm at it."
The others immediately got to their feet and hurried over to Gogito.
Gogito began his lesson.
"You all know about Super Saiyans, right?"
Everyone nodded, except for Kid Gohan, who looked completely bewildered.
"A Super Saiyan transformation occurs when a Saiyan reaches a certain level of fighting power and draws out their inner strength through anger."
As soon as he finished speaking, Gogito transformed into a Super Saiyan.
"This is what it looks like."
"The Super Saiyan transformation boosts your power fiftyfold. It's the level Future Gohan and Trunks have reached."
"This form consumes energy even when you aren't fighting, and battling in it quickly drains your stamina."
"Next is the second stage of Super Saiyan 1."
Gogito roared, and the muscles on his body swelled slightly.
"This is a further increase in power. At this stage, you should have no trouble beating those two Androids."
"This form gives you a clear boost in both speed and strength, but it burns through your energy quickly, so it's not suited to long fights."
"Next is the flawed transformation."
Gogito's muscles swelled again, and his body grew even larger.
"Your strength increases, but your speed drops in comparison. There's no use having all that strength if you can't hit your opponent."
After speaking, Gogito returned to his slim build.
"Next is the best combat form for Super Saiyans. I call it Full Power Super Saiyan. It lets you use Super Saiyan power perfectly and overcomes all of the form's drawbacks."
Full Power Super Saiyan looked no different from an ordinary Super Saiyan.
"Now, Super Saiyan 2. It multiplies your base power a hundredfold."
Lightning crackled around Gogito. His hair stood rigidly upward instead of flowing freely like it did in Super Saiyan 1, and his gaze grew sharper.
"If I'm not mistaken, Vegeta, you've reached this level, haven't you?"
Gogito asked.
"That's right. I've spent all these years in Hell and have figured out how to reach this level. I just haven't had a body to train with."
Vegeta replied.
"Next is the Super Saiyan 3 Goku just used."
Gogito roared and transformed into Super Saiyan 3.
"This form is powerful, but it puts a heavy strain on your body and leaks energy, so you can't fight in it for long."
"It multiplies your base power four hundredfold."
Gogito pointed out Super Saiyan 3's weaknesses.
"That's right."
Goku agreed.
"Finally, there's Super Saiyan 4, a transformation achieved by drawing out the power of a Saiyan's tail."
Veins bulged on Gogito's forehead as terrifying power poured out of him. Red fur grew over his body, and his tail turned red as well. His long black hair fell to his shoulders, and his eyes turned red, revealing a wild, ferocious nature.
"Sorry, I've only just mastered this form, so I can't control its energy very well."
The energy radiating from Super Saiyan 4 made everyone tremble with fear.
"This is the full extent of my power, Kakarot."
Gogito said to Goku.
"Amazing! There are transformations like that, too!"
Goku said, his face alight with excitement.
"There are still many Saiyan transformations I haven't mastered."
Gogito returned to his base form and spoke to the others.
The group was astonished by Super Saiyan 4.
"Super Saiyan 4 is still too far beyond you two. Master Super Saiyan 2 first."
Gogito said to Future Gohan and Trunks.
Then he turned to Goku and Vegeta.
"Super Saiyan 4 requires a tail. You transform into a Super Saiyan while in Great Ape form, and the resulting power combines Super Saiyan and Great Ape."
