The Power of Majin Buu

"Nice to meet you all, people of this world."

Majin Buu offered a greeting as if he were among friends; had it not been for the terrifying and powerful aura of evil radiating from him, everyone would have mistaken him for an old acquaintance.

"Who are you?"

Vegeta couldn't help but ask aloud.

"This world?"

Piccolo keenly captured the keyword.

"Could it be that, like Gogito, he came from another world?"

Krillin said in surprise.

"The Piccolo of this world is quite meticulous, indeed. That's right, I came from another world."

Majin Buu reached out and clapped his hands.

He then pointed at Gogito and said, "This is the only guy here I don't recognize. He must be the Gogito that Krillin mentioned, a fellow who came from another world just like me."

Majin Buu looked at Gogito, a flash of wariness crossing his eyes.

Having absorbed the Son Goku, Vegeta, and others of his own world, Majin Buu's power had increased significantly, and his perspective had broadened accordingly. He could sense the immense energy hidden within Gogito, yet he remained confident that he could defeat him. After all, he hadn't experienced the brutal beating from Vegito, and having absorbed so many people, his confidence was overflowing; he feared no one.

"Majin Buu, this guy is Majin Buu."

Gogito said to the others.

"???"

"It seems you know me."

Majin Buu was somewhat surprised, becoming even more wary of Gogito. This guy actually knew who he was?

"Majin Buu?"

Son Goku scratched his head. "I feel like I've heard that name somewhere before?"

Son Goku thought carefully, then suddenly clapped his hands and said, "I remember now! I heard about it from King Kai. King Kai said that many years ago, a demon appeared in the universe that destroyed everything in its path, called Majin Buu, but then it disappeared for some reason."

"The egg beside him is the one that sealed Majin Buu. Its master feared Majin Buu's power, so he sealed him away and hid him on Earth," Gogito explained.

"I told you before that Super Saiyan 3 isn't invincible, didn't I? That's right, Super Saiyan 3 cannot defeat the Majin Buu standing before us."

Gogito said to Son Goku.

Son Goku also saw the gap between the two and nodded.

"That's right, I am invincible now."

Majin Buu patted his chest with a confident expression.

"In my world, Son Gohan is also stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Son Goku. I don't know what happened in this world to make Son Gohan so weak," Majin Buu said, pointing at Son Gohan.

"But no matter how strong you are, it's useless. I am invincible."

"What did you do to us in that world?"

Son Goku felt a sense of foreboding.

"They are all right here."

Majin Buu patted his stomach.

"You absorbed them all?"

Gogito asked.

"Smart. After absorbing them, I discovered that one of them had the memory of how to travel through time. So, I used the Dragon Balls to open a portal through space-time and came here in search of stronger opponents," Majin Buu explained how he had arrived.

"Then let me be your opponent!"

Vegeta said confidently, pointing at Majin Buu.

"You???"

Majin Buu reached out and wagged his finger. "No, you're not worth it. You're a perpetual runner-up; even Son Goku hasn't spoken yet, so don't go showing off."

Majin Buu's words instantly ignited Vegeta's temper. Vegeta transformed into a Super Saiyan and fired a ki blast directly at him, blowing the entire mountain to pieces.

"Hey, Vegeta, don't be so sudden!"

Son Goku flew into the air and shouted at Vegeta.

Vegeta snorted coldly, remaining silent as he continued his assault on Buu.

Vegeta flashed in front of Buu's face and threw a punch straight at his nose, but Buu merely tilted his head slightly to dodge it. Vegeta launched a flurry of attacks, all of which Buu evaded with ease.

Vegeta raised his leg for a kick, but Buu blocked it with his hand and countered with a punch to Vegeta's stomach. Vegeta's eyes widened as he spat out bile. Buu followed up with another punch to Vegeta's face, sending him flying through several mountains before he crashed into a lake.

"Hmph, with a level like that, you dare to strike?"

Buu shook his head in disdain.

Deep beneath the water, Vegeta transformed into Super Saiyan 3. The sheer pressure of his aura blasted the entire lake dry, revealing Vegeta standing at the bottom.

Vegeta shot toward Buu and threw a punch. Buu met it with a punch of his own; the moment their fists collided, the resulting shockwave leveled the surrounding mountains.

Immediately after, the two engaged in a high-speed exchange in the air. Their blows were so fast that they were invisible to the naked eye, and terrifying bolts of lightning crackled all around them.

However, Vegeta was no match for him. Before long, he fell into a disadvantage and was struck hard in the stomach by one of Buu's heavy punches.

Vegeta gritted his teeth and endured the blow, launching a desperate counterattack, but he still couldn't land a hit on Buu. Buu's fists rained down on Vegeta like a downpour, each strike landing solidly, leaving Vegeta forced into a purely defensive state.

Buu landed a heavy kick on Vegeta's stomach.

"Cough~~"

As Vegeta clutched his gut, Buu grabbed him by the hair. With his other hand aimed at Vegeta's face, he began to condense a ki blast.

"Hmph, pathetic."

A blinding light erupted, and Vegeta was sent flying backward.

Buu raised his hand to condense a massive energy sphere, preparing to finish him off. Son Goku could no longer sit still; he transformed into Super Saiyan 3 and charged forward. Future Gohan also transformed into Super Saiyan 2 and followed suit. The two flanked Buu, forcing him to drop the energy sphere to deal with their combined assault.

Son Goku and Future Gohan attacked from the left and right, but Buu handled them with ease, dodging while speaking.

"It's useless even if you come at me together. The gap in strength cannot be bridged by numbers."

Vegeta had just crawled out of the rubble when he saw Son Goku get sent flying by Buu, hurtling straight toward him. The two collided and crashed into the mountain behind them.

Gohan was also easily blasted away by a single punch from Buu. Then, Buu unleashed Prince Tactics against Son Goku and Vegeta, a barrage of ki blasts that reduced the mountains to ruins.

"Dad!!!"

Future Gohan and Trunks shouted at the top of their lungs.

"Son Goku!!!"

Krillin and the others looked on with faces full of worry.

In a battle of this magnitude, they were completely unable to help.

Gogito, however, remained calm, looking up above Buu.

Buu noticed this as well and looked up to see Son Goku and Vegeta, their clothes tattered and looking quite disheveled.

"Instant Transmission."

Buu said indifferently.

Just moments ago, Son Goku had used Instant Transmission to escape to the space above Buu; had he been a second later, he might have been critically injured by Buu's Prince Tactics.

"In Son Goku's memories, there is a technique called Fusion that allows two people to merge. I wonder if you, from this world, know it?"

Buu looked at Son Goku and said.

"You are all too weak right now; I can't even get excited. Perhaps a warrior formed by the Fusion of you and Vegeta could serve as a worthy opponent."
