The Supreme Kai's Request

"Supreme Kai?"

"When I was training with King Kai, I think I heard him mention it."

Goku tried his best to recall anything regarding the Supreme Kai.

"That's right, Supreme Kai."

"At the pinnacle of the universe's deities, there are two gods."

"The Supreme Kai, who governs life and creation."

"The God of Destruction, who governs destruction and ruin."

"However, this guy was thrown into the role unprepared; he knows nothing about the responsibilities of a Supreme Kai and has nothing but Majin Buu on his mind."

Gogito shook his head as he said this.

In truth, one couldn't really blame him. The Grand Supreme Kai had been absorbed by Majin Buu without leaving behind any instructions, and the other Supreme Kais were either absorbed or killed, leaving this youngest, clueless rookie to take over.

"How could Lord Supreme Kai be as weak as you say? Someone like the galactic emperor Frieza could be dealt with by Lord Supreme Kai with a single finger!"

Kibito shouted at Gogito, deeply dissatisfied with his words.

"Frieza? That small-time player? Anyone could wipe him out with a flick of the wrist," Vegeta replied with disdain.

Goku caught onto the key point: God of Destruction.

"God of Destruction?"

"Is this guy you're talking about strong, Gogito?"

"At my current level, I can't beat him."

Gogito shrugged. The God of Destruction is an opponent one must at least be able to transform into Super Saiyan Blue or use Ultra Instinct to challenge.

Goku immediately became interested. If even Gogito said he couldn't beat him, just how strong could he be?

Seeing Goku's expression, Gogito quickly cut him off.

"He isn't someone you can encounter at this stage, and I've only heard of his reputation myself, so don't ask me."

"Don't ignore me!"

Kibito was exasperated. These guys had no respect for Lord Supreme Kai; they were actually chatting and laughing right in front of him, not taking him seriously at all.

East Supreme Kai Shin wanted to say something more, but Goku stopped him.

East Supreme Kai Shin and Kibito left, feeling their breathing steady significantly now that the major threat had been resolved.

Gogito spent a few more days living a comfortable and ordinary life.

Gogito and the others prepared to return. With the help of Bulma, Future Bulma successfully built the Time Machine.

"We're leaving, goodbye!"

With that, the group stepped into the space-time tunnel to return to their original timeline.

Just then, East Supreme Kai Shin and Kibito arrived on Earth via Instant Transmission.

"Mr. Goku."

"Lord Supreme Kai."

Goku responded enthusiastically.

"I've come this time to ask for Mr. Goku's help."

East Supreme Kai Shin had been busy trying to eliminate Babidi over the past few days, but he hadn't expected that Babidi would actually enslave Demon King Dabura. With no other options, East Supreme Kai Shin had no choice but to come to Earth to seek help.

East Supreme Kai Shin described the situation in broad strokes.

"If we don't eliminate him, he will find his way to Earth sooner or later."

"No problem."

Goku agreed readily; he wanted to see the strong fighters of the universe for himself.

"Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, are you coming?"

Vegeta was the first to answer.

"I'm not going. I'm going to train. I will definitely reach Super Saiyan 4 before you do, Kakarot."

Vegeta had no interest in such trash, and he left as soon as he finished speaking.

Gohan and Trunks both decided to go; they couldn't let a guy like that reach Earth. After all, the crisis with the Androids hadn't ended long ago, and Earth had only been peaceful for a few days.

"Please grab my shoulders; we are leaving now."

The three of them grabbed Kibito's shoulders, and Kibito used Instant Transmission to arrive on an unknown planet.

"Amazing, I didn't expect you to know Instant Transmission too."

Goku patted Kibito on the shoulder.

"It took me quite a lot of effort to learn this technique back then!"

As a servant to the Supreme Kai, how could he be useless? He possessed some very impressive skills.

East Supreme Kai Shin interrupted their conversation.

"That over there is Babidi's spaceship. He uses magic to control many evil beings, and he is single-mindedly obsessed with resurrecting Majin Buu."

"Like his father, Babidi has an evil heart. He has already destroyed many planets, and he must be eliminated. We cannot let him continue to plague the universe."

Hearing this, Trunks could no longer sit still. How could he allow such a guy to reach Earth? He transformed into a Super Saiyan in an instant.

"Let me handle this. We can't let such an evil guy go to Earth and cause destruction."

He gathered massive energy into a ki blast in his hand and fired it straight at Babidi's spaceship.

A creature looking like a demon flew out of the smoke, shielding a short, yellow-skinned runt. Everyone else in the ship had been killed by Trunks's attack.

"It's you again, Supreme Kai!!!"

"And you brought help with you!!"

"I will kill you this time for sure!!"

Babidi was in a wretched state, glaring at the Supreme Kai with fury. If looks could kill, the Supreme Kai would have been dead hundreds of times over.

East Supreme Kai Shin wore a smile, as if to say, "Babidi, it's been so long, how did you get so pathetic?"

"Dabura, kill them all, quickly!!"

Babidi was furious to the point of death and roared at Dabura.

"Yes, Lord Babidi."

Dabura didn't waste any words; he acted immediately, charging straight at Trunks and throwing a punch aimed at his body.

Goku used Instant Transmission to appear in front of Trunks, crossing his arms to block the blow.

"Trunks, leave this guy to me."

Trunks nodded in agreement, then turned his gaze toward Babidi. He was going to nip this potential threat in the bud.

Babidi panicked the moment Trunks looked at him and tried to run away, but how could he outrun Trunks? He was caught in an instant, sliced in two by a sword, and reduced to cosmic dust by a ki blast.

With Babidi dead, Dabura, who had been under his control, regained his senses. In that split second, Goku seized the opportunity, punched him in the face, and sent him flying into a distant rock.

"Ka-me-ha-me-HA!"

A single Kamehameha sent Dabura to reunite with Babidi, giving them company on the road to the afterlife.
