Future Trunks and Trunks looked at Gogito, who was completely unharmed. Knowing that unless they used their full strength, they probably wouldn't even be able to touch the hem of his clothes, the two transformed again.

"Ha!!!"

Red and blue light blazed across the scene.

Super Saiyan Blue Future Trunks and Super Saiyan God Trunks had arrived.

"I'll show you a little of what I can do, too."

Gogito also transformed into Super Saiyan Blue, and the three immediately clashed.

"Ya-da-da-da-da-da!"

The bone-crunching blows sent the two children's blood racing.

"Wow! Dad's amazing!"

This was the first time Aisu had seen Gogito fight. Her eyes sparkled, and Yakubis was just as excited.

"Not bad, you two. You've gotten so strong."

Gogito praised them as they fought.

"Of course. We've been training hard with Mr. Whis and haven't slacked off at all."

The two smiled at Gogito's praise. After all, who didn't want the approval of their elders?

"All right, that's enough. If we keep going, we might lose control."

Gogito flashed away from the battlefield, returned to his normal form, and spoke to them.

The two also returned to their normal forms and landed. Whis smiled cheerfully.

"You two have trained very hard, Mr. Gogito. And they're quite talented, too, which is why they've become so strong."

Beerus chimed in as well.

"These two are pretty good. In another universe, they'd probably be strong enough to become God of Destruction Candidates."

"But I think Trunks's personality would suit him better as a Supreme Kai, Lord Beerus. And if they became Supreme Kais, their strength would mean you wouldn't have to worry about the Supreme Kai dying and taking you down with him, Lord Beerus."

Gogito's words made Beerus's eyes widen.

"That does seem to be the case, Lord Beerus!"

Whis agreed wholeheartedly.

Future Trunks had made it clear that he wouldn't become a Supreme Kai. After Zamasu was defeated, Supreme Kai Shin had suggested that Future Trunks become a Supreme Kai Candidate in that timeline, but Future Trunks had firmly refused.

It was hard to say with Trunks. In theory, the two had similar personalities, so their views should be the same.

"We're very sorry, Lord Beerus, but we're not considering that for now."

Sure enough, both of them refused.

"However, we'll make sure to protect the Supreme Kai."

Future Trunks thumped his chest as he promised.

"Did you come this time to challenge Lord Beerus, Mr. Gogito?"

Whis asked Gogito.

"No. My wife wanted to come this time. And I'm still not confident I can beat Lord Beerus. Once I'm sure of it, I'll definitely challenge him."

Gogito wasn't strong enough to beat Beerus yet. Beerus was one of the strongest Gods of Destruction. Gogito might only be able to challenge him once he could freely use Ultra Instinct in his Super Saiyan 4 form, or had trained Ultra Instinct to an even higher level.

"You want to beat me? You could train for another million years and it still wouldn't happen!"

Beerus said disdainfully.

But although Beerus acted unconcerned, no one knew what he was thinking.

"All right, all right. Enough of this. Let's go eat something delicious."

The food Bulma had asked the chefs to prepare was ready, and everyone headed to the dining room.

At the table, Tights and Whis chatted happily. Whis had seen and learned a lot, and his many interesting stories filled Tights with inspiration. She praised him again and again.

Bulma doted on her niece. She held Aisu in her arms and fed her, which made Yakubis rather upset. He felt that his place in the family was in danger. Aisu stuck her tongue out at him.

"Bleh!"

Yakubis almost couldn't hold himself back, but in the end, Gogito picked Aisu up, preventing a fight.

While talking about God of Destruction Candidates, Gogito thought of Broly. That guy was a monster who could match Super Saiyan Blue in his normal form. So, after finishing his meal, Gogito asked Beerus, who was reclining on a beach chair,

"Lord Beerus, I know someone incredibly powerful. I think he could become a God of Destruction Candidate. Would you be interested?"

Beerus took some interest when Gogito mentioned someone incredibly powerful, so he asked,

"Is he as strong as you?"

"He's not as strong as me yet, but he has enormous potential. He's built like a monster."

Gogito gave Beerus a rough idea of Broly's strength, piquing his interest a little.

"Then let's go see him. I want to see how strong this guy is."

Beerus still wanted to know about the powerful people in his own universe.

Whis took Beerus, Gogito, Tights, and the two Trunks to Planet Vampa to look for Broly.

Before long, they arrived on Planet Vampa and descended to the surface.

Beerus looked at the planet's surroundings and grumbled,

"What a dump. Is the guy you mentioned really on a planet like this?"

"Of course. This kind of environment is what creates strong fighters."

Paragus happened to see people descending from space that day. Overjoyed, he hurried straight toward where they had landed.

When he reached the spot and came to a stop, a huge monster appeared behind him and lunged at him. He hurriedly shouted,

"Broly!!"

A tall figure instantly charged out from the distance. It was Broly.

Broly took the monster down with a single kick. The creature, as large as a small mountain, crashed heavily to the ground, kicking up clouds of dust.

Beerus pointed at Broly and said,

"That's the incredibly powerful guy you were talking about?"

"That's right, Lord Beerus."

Gogito answered with certainty. There was no doubt about Broly's strength. Perhaps only Gohan could match his potential—though Gogito was an exception, of course. Having inherited Vegito's potential through Fusion, Gogito's own potential had long since broken through the limits.

"Could you take us away from this planet?"

Paragus ran up to Beerus and asked urgently.

"You there, are you a Saiyan too?"

Beerus looked at the old man before him and asked impatiently.

Paragus's heart skipped a beat. Could these people be enemies of the Saiyans, here to take revenge?

Then he remembered Broly's terrifying battle power and calmed down. Even if they had come for revenge, he could always stay here.

"That's right. I'm a Saiyan, and this is my son, Broly."

Paragus answered calmly.

Beerus pointed at Gogito and said,

"This guy says your son is powerful. If Broly really is that strong, I can take you away from here."

Paragus hesitated at that. Once Broly started fighting, he might go berserk and stop distinguishing friend from foe. If Paragus couldn't stop him in time, they'd be done for. He didn't believe the people before him could stop Broly.
