Everyone turned around and saw that Dende and Mr. Popo had arrived at some point.
"Apparently, a long, long time ago, Shadow Dragons appeared on other planets as well. Before long, they destroyed those planets, along with the galaxies around them."
"Besides, the Dragon Balls were only supposed to grant one wish. You forcibly increased that to three, so a situation like this was foreseeable."
Kibito Kai added.
"I still don't really understand what's going on, but it seems like this is my fault. As long as I defeat those guys called Shadow Dragons and take back the Dragon Balls, that should solve it, right?"
Goku still took the responsibility upon himself. Without him, even if Bulma had invented the Dragon Radar, she would never have been able to gather all seven Dragon Balls. Gogito had no intention of letting Goku shoulder everything alone. Gohan and the others needed to contribute too. This was not Goku's battle alone.
They might not be able to defeat the strongest ones, but they could handle the weaker ones. They could not keep growing under Goku and Vegeta's wings forever. If Goku and Vegeta were gone someday, they would have to take up the mantle.
