Goku and the others continued on their way, but after encountering two Shadow Dragons, Goku felt they were nothing special. They did not seem strong at all, and he could not muster any interest. He remained listless the entire way.

Gohan could not understand the feeling Goku and Vegeta had whenever they encountered strong opponents, so he tried to persuade Goku.
"I know that! But when I think about there being no strong opponents, I just can't get interested. It feels so boring."
